    QCVN 15:2010/BTTTT c xy dng trn c s sot xt, chuyn i Tiu chun Ngnh TCN 68-245:2006 Thit b u cui thng tin di ng IMT-2000 CDMA tri ph trc tip (W-CDMA FDD) - Yu cu k thut ban hnh theo Quyt nh s 27/2006/Q-BBCVT ngy 25 thng 07 nm 2006 ca B trng B Bu chnh, Vin thng (nay l B Thng tin v Truyn thng).

    Cc yu cu k thut ca QCVN 15:2010/BTTTT c xy dng trn c s chp thun p dng cc yu cu k thut ca cc tiu chun EN 301 908-2 V2.2.1 (2003-10) v EN 301 908-1 V2.2.1 (2003-10) ca Vin Tiu chun Vin thng chu u (ETSI).

    1. QUY NH CHUNG

    1.1. Phm vi iu chnh Quy chun k thut quc gia ny p dng cho thit b ngi s dng trong h thng thng tin di ng IMT-2000 CDMA tri ph trc tip W-CDMA FDD (UTRA FDD). Loi thit b v tuyn ny hot ng trong ton b hoc mt phn bng tn quy nh trong Bng 1.

    Quy chun ny p dng cho thit b ngi s dng UTRA FDD, k c cc thit b u cui ca ngi s dng h tr vic pht HS-PDSCH s dng iu ch QPSK v 16 QAM. Cc yu cu k thut trong Quy chun ny nhm m bo thit b v tuyn s dng c hiu qu ph tn s v tuyn c phn b cho thng tin mt t/v tinh v ngun ti nguyn qu o trnh nhiu c hi gia cc h thng thng tin t trong v tr v mt t v cc h thng k thut khc. 1.2. i tng p dng Quy chun ny p dng i vi cc c quan, t chc, nh sn xut, nhp khu v khai thc thit b ngi s dng trong h thng thng tin di ng IMT-2000 CDMA tri ph trc tip W-CDMA FDD (UTRA FDD).

    Thit b di ng c mt hoc mt vi m un nhn dng thu bao UMTS (USIM). Thit b ngi s dng l mt thit b cho php mt ngi s dng truy cp cc dch v mng qua giao din Uu. 1.4.2. Thit b ph (ancillary equipment) Thit b dng kt hp vi thit b ngi s dng (UE), c xem l thit b ph nu: - Thit b c d kin dng chung vi thit b ngi s dng (UE) cung cp cc tnh nng iu khin v/hoc tnh nng thao tc b sung cho thit b v tuyn, (v d m rng iu khin ti v tr khc); v - Thit b khng th s dng c lp cung cp cc chc nng i tng s dng c lp ca mt UE; v - Thit b ngi s dng (UE) m thit b ny kt ni ti, c kh nng cung cp mt s thao tc c ch , v d nh pht v/hoc thu m khng dng thit b ph. 1.4.3. iu kin mi trng (environmental profile) Cc iu kin mi trng hot ng m thit b trong phm vi ca Quy chun ny buc phi tun th cng vi cc yu cu k thut. 1.4.4. Cng sut ra cc i (maximum output power) Gi tr cng sut cc i m UE c th pht (ngha l mc cng sut thc khi c o vi gi thit php o khng c li) trong rng bng t nht bng (1 + ) ln tc chip ca ch truy nhp v tuyn. CH THCH: Khong thi gian o t nht phi bng mt khe thi gian.

    1.4.5. Cng sut trung bnh (mean power) Cng sut (pht hoc thu) trong rng bng t nht bng (1+) ln tc chip ca ch truy nhp v tuyn, khi p dng cho tn hiu W-CDMA iu ch. CH THCH: Khong thi gian o t nht phi bng mt khe thi gian, tr khi c quy nh khc.

    1.4.6. Cng sut ra cc i danh nh (nominal maximum output power) Cng sut danh nh c xc nh bi loi cng sut ca UE. 1.4.7. Mt ph cng sut (power spectral density) Hm cng sut theo tn s v khi c tch phn trn mt rng bng cho trc, hm ny biu din cng sut trung bnh trong rng bng . CH THCH 1: Khi cng sut trung bnh c chun ha theo (chia cho) tc chip, hm ny biu din nng lng trung bnh trn mi chip. Mt s tn hiu c xc nh trc tip di dng nng lng trn mi chip (DPCH_Ec, Ec, OCNS_Ec v S-CCPCH_Ec) v mt s tn hiu khc c xc nh di dng PSD (Io, Ioc, Ior v

    I or). Cng tn ti rt nhiu i lng c xc nh di dng t s gia nng lng trn mi chip v PSD (DPCH_Ec/Ior, Ec/Ior). y l cch thc ph bin lin h cc cng nng lng trong cc h thng thng tin.

    CH THCH 2: C th thy rng nu chia c hai cng nng lng theo t s cho thi gian, th t s c chuyn t t s nng lng sang t s cng sut, l hu ch hn theo quan im v o lng. Theo nng lng trn chip l X dBm/3,84 MHz c th c biu din thnh cng sut trung bnh trn chip l X dBm. Tng t, tn hiu c PSD l Y dBm/3,84 MHz c th c biu din thnh cng sut tn hiu l Y dBm.

    CH THCH 3: Trong Quy chun ny, n v mt ph cng sut (PSD) c s dng rng ri.

    1.4.8. Cng sut trung bnh lc RRC (RRC filtered mean power) Cng sut trung bnh khi c o qua b lc cn bc hai csin nng vi h s un (roll-off) v rng bng bng tc chip ca ch truy nhp v tuyn. CH THCH: Cng sut trung bnh lc RRC ca tn hiu W-CDMA c iu ch hon ho nh hn cng sut trung bnh ca cng mt tn hiu 0,246 dB.

    1.4.9. IMT-2000 Cc h thng di ng th h th ba c d kin bt u cung cp dch v vo khong nm 2000 ty thuc vo vic nghin cu th trng. CH THCH: Khuyn ngh ITU-R M.8/BL/18 ch nh cc yu cu k thut chi tit cho cc giao din v tuyn IMT-2000.

    1.4.10. Ch ri (idle mode) Trng thi ca thit b ngi s dng (UE) khi bt ngun nhng khng kt ni vi iu khin ti nguyn v tuyn (RRC). 1.4.11. Cng v (enclosure port) Bin vt l ca thit b qua cc trng in t c th bc x hoc tc ng. CH THCH: Trong trng hp thit b c ng ten tch hp, cng ny khng th tch ri cng ng ten.

    1.4.12. Cng (port) Giao din ring ca thit b c th vi mi trng in t. CH THCH: Bt k im kt ni no trn thit b c dng kt ni cc cp ti hoc t thit b u c coi nh mt cng (xem Hnh 1).

    1.4.13. Thit b thng tin v tuyn (radio communications equipment) Thit b vin thng bao gm mt hoc nhiu my pht v/hoc my thu v/hoc cc b phn ca chng s dng trong ng dng c nh, di ng hoc xch tay. CH THCH: Thit b thng tin v tuyn c th hot ng cng vi thit b ph nhng chc nng c bn khng ph thuc vo thit b ph .

    1.4.14. Cng tn hiu v iu khin (signal and control port) Cng truyn cc tn hiu thng tin v iu khin, khng bao gm cc cng ng ten. 1.4.15. Cng vin thng (telecommunication port) Cng c d kin kt ni ti cc mng vin thng (v d, cc mng vin thng chuyn mch cng cng, cc mng s ca cc dch v tch hp), cc mng cc b (v d ethernet, token ring) v cc mng tng t. 1.4.16. Ch lu lng (traffic mode) Trng thi ca thit b ngi s dng (UE) khi bt ngun v khi kt ni iu khin ti nguyn v tuyn (RRC) c thit lp.

    2. QUY NH K THUT 2.1. iu kin mi trng Cc yu cu k thut ca Quy chun ny p dng trong iu kin mi trng hot ng ca thit b. Nh cung cp phi cng b iu kin mi trng hot ng ca thit b. Thit b phi lun tun th mi yu cu k thut ca Quy chun ny khi hot ng trong cc gii hn bin ca iu kin mi trng hot ng cng b. Ph lc A hng dn nh cung cp thit b cch cng b iu kin mi trng. 2.2. Cc yu cu c th 2.2.1. Cc tham s thit yu v cc yu cu k thut tng ng Quy chun ny quy nh 9 tham s thit yu cho thit b ngi s dng IMT-2000. Bng 2 a ra tham chiu cho gia 9 tham s thit yu ny v 13 yu cu k thut tng ng i vi thit b trong phm vi ca Quy chun ny.

    3. PHNG PHP O

    3.1. Cc iu kin v mi trng o kim Cc php o kim quy nh trong Quy chun ny phi c thc hin ti cc im tiu biu trong phm vi cc gii hn bin ca iu kin mi trng hot ng cng b. Ti nhng im m ch tiu k thut thay i ty thuc vo cc iu kin mi trng, cc php o kim phi c thc hin trong loi iu kin mi trng (trong phm vi cc gii hn bin ca iu kin mi trng hot ng cng b) kim tra tnh tun th i vi cc yu cu k thut. Thng thng mi php o kim phi c thc hin trong iu kin o kim bnh thng nu khng c cc quy nh khc. Tham kho TS 134 121 v vic s dng cc iu kin o kim khc kim tra tnh tun th. Trong Quy chun ny nhiu php o kim c thc hin vi cc tn s thch hp di thp, gia, cao ca bng tn hot ng ca UE. Cc tn s ny c xc nh trong Bng E.1 ca Ph lc E. 3.2. Gii thch cc kt qu o Cc kt qu c ghi trong bo co o kim i vi cc php o c m t trong Quy chun ny phi c gii thch nh sau: - Gi tr o c lin quan n gii hn tng ng dng quyt nh vic thit b c tho mn cc yu cu ca Quy chun hay khng; - Gi tr khng bo m o i vi php o ca mi tham s phi c a vo bo co o kim; - i vi mi php o, gi tr ghi c ca khng bo m o phi nh hn hoc bng gi tr cho trong Bng 16 v 16a.     4. QUY NH V QUN L
