Three trouble spots- Problem - The admission process were in different department, like Agreement process in Surya Mandir, Medical examination in Aapaji Arogya Mandir etc, which was very tiring for the parents and students.

Solution - Full admission process should be conducted at one place, which will be less tiring.

Problem - As the admission process was in the month of June , it was too hot.

Solution - University should provide proper facilities like keeping water cooler, and arranging shed on different places . So that people can rest and can feel better .

Problem - All people do not have their own vehicle so they have to walk from one department to another in the sun, and all the department are too far from each other.

Solution - As university is very big, therefore facility of bus or taxi should be provided.

Lesson Learnt by us

We came to know about different types of flow charts. Learnt deeply about Microsoft office. This task was very knowledgeable for us.Our level of confidence and creativity has increased.
