    OLIVE GRILL

    Theme:The restaurant is totally designed on the theme of olives .Olive and grilled food is common in Arabian countries.

    They use olive oil in all food items .

    LOCATION:Olive Grill restaurant is located at 21-C/1 M M- Alam

    Road Lahore.Services mega store is present at its left side and

    shopping plaza at right side.It is running from one and a half year .

    Continental,Pakistani BBQ.INTERIOR:

    All the furniture and premises is in three colours: red blackand green. Which are colours of Olive

    A ship shaped salad bar is placed at the corner of indoorsitting.Playing stations and few table games were provided forchildren.Exterior was decorated with hanging olive bottles ,bamboos and red brick.

    Written information and pictures of olives were hanged inthe Entrance lobby.

    There is dining area after passingthrough lobby, having a salad table and a

    bar area for drinks.Total covered area by Restaurant was 20

    Marlas.Kitchen area is 30*30.Total dining area is 3300 sq feet.

    It accommodates maximum 120 people.They separated the whole area into two

    parts: smoking (out door) and non

    smoking area (indoor).Pakistani B.B.Q area (15*20) isprovided, in front of open air sitting.

    Working of kitchen is done under:Manager ,Shoe chef,Assistant chef and Helpers.Two chefs are for each cuisine.Kitchen area are: washing area, Storage area,Chill area, Cooking area,hotline counter(before serving, food is placedat hotline to keep it hot)Counters: cutting counter, garnishing counter.

    Method of taking order:Order book has 4 slips, One is for kitchen, Oneis for cashier, one is for bar and other is forwaiter.
