strategic (SPHR) and global (GPHR) On-the-job learning
– If you are doing something NEW at work that broadens your knowledge of HR, it will count for credit (examples: rolling out a new 401K plan, developing a strategic planning for your department, researching new healthcare plans, developing a new compensation system)
