imum cost of $1,154,558; said amount is appropriated there-fore; and the plan of financing includes (i) the issuance of the $746,000 in serial bonds of the Village or bond anticipation notes issued in anticipation of such bonds, (ii) the expenditure of $385,838.59 in grant monies to be received by the Village from the New York State CHIPS program, (iii) the application of $22,719.41 in current funds of the Village, and (iv) unless paid from other sources, the levy and collection of taxes on all taxable real property of the Vil-lage to pay the principal of such bonds or notes and the interest thereon as the same become due and payable

3. The issuance of $746,000 in serial bonds of the Village is authorized pursuant to the provisions of the Local Fi-nance Law, constituting Chap-ter 33-a of the Consolidated Laws of the State of New York (the “Law”).

4. The period of prob-able usefulness for the afore-mentioned specific objects or purposes is fifteen (15) years, pursuant to subdivision 20(c). of paragraph a. of Section 11.00 of the Law.

5. Said bonds and any bond anticipation notes issued in an-ticipation of said bonds and the renewals of said bond anticipa-tion notes shall be general obli-gations of the Village; and the Village has pledged their faith and credit to the payment of the principal of and interest of said bonds.

A trail will be constructed to the south, partially located along the abandoned railroad bed to join the proposed walking trail for the condo development.
