Purification and Equipment Research Institute of CSIC (PERIC) is a leader in Hydrogen
Generation System by Water Electrolysis around the world and belongs to China Ship
Building Heavy Industry Corporation (CSIC) .
Hydrogen Generation Engineering Department of PERIC mainly focuses on research,
design, manufacture, marketing and service of Hydrogen generation plants as well as
utilisation and R & D of Hydrogen energy. With continuous development of
technology and products over last 40 years, more than 800 sets of Pressurised
Hydrogen Generation plants from PERIC have been sold to customers all over the
world including India, Middle East, Europe, Africa, China and all over Asia .

Skid Mounted H Generation Units 2
Skid Mounted H Generator is available from 5 2
3 3Nm to 600 Nm /Hr capacity with Single
Electrolyser. All the piping and cabling is
undertaken within Skid mounted structure. The
Electrolyser is based on Bipolar technology
with pressurization having PERIC researched
and developed gasket to ensure leakage proof
performance. The Gas lye treater is skid
mounted with simple process flow, making it
convenient for operations and maintenance .
H Generator is automatically controlled through PLC Programming with high reliability and remote 2
control, operator friendly HMI inter face with most safe and convenient operations.
Integrated H Generation Units2
The Integrated type Hydrogen Generator is a
specially designed product where Hydrogen
flows from Single Hydrogen Electrolyser, Gas
Lye treater and H purification Unit on One Skid. 2
Fully Automatic control achieved with out
Customer interference and is available for
connection with DCS system for monitoring.
The Integrated units offer great convenience to
the customer for installation, easy operations
and maintenance while saving civil construction
capital cost.

Containerized H Generation Units2
Containerized type Hydrogen Generator is
completely designed and developed by PERIC.
All Main Equipments such as Electrolyser, Gas
Lye treater, Hydrogen Purification Unit, Water
Tank, Power Rectification Unit, PLC Control
system and PDB/MCC etc have been integrated
in 40 Feet Container. The customer just need to
plug the utilities to this plant then start it there
by saving significant capital cost of set up.

H O Purification Units2 2
H & O Purification systems by catalyst is 2 2
specially designed and developed for H & O 2 2
gas generated by Water Electrolysis. The
system can be Two dryer or Three dryer type
based on customer requirements. One Key
feature is “No loss of Purified Gas” due to
special design. The switch over amongst
dryers is fully automatic based on PLC control
logic.
