With Solar added, we run the generator at 3 to 4 times better efficiency than DG only.Ø A typical site using diesel generators has 2 generators that are 12kW to 24kW each.Ø The avg tower load is 2kW, so the generators are running at 8% to 17% of full power.Ø From the chart below, we see that the fuel consumption at 10% of full power is about

1.2 Liters per kWh.Ø We add solar and batteries and run the Generator at 100% full power so the fuel

consumption is only 0.3 Liters per kWh – a full 4 times improvement.

Ø COST – The battery can often be 50% of the cost of the energy system. Proper sizing and selection of the battery type makes a big difference in the cost of your energy.

Ø CAPACITY – The price of the battery is based on its rated capacity. Our Charge Controllersmake sure 100% of the rated capacity is used effectively.

We measure the battery voltage at the battery terminals continuously for accurate char-ging. When the battery needs equalization, we provide that automatically.

Ø LIFETIME – If the battery is not charged properly, the lifetime will be reduced. Our Charge Controllers optimize the battery life. The voltage and temperature are monitored accurately and charging voltages are adjusted automatically.

We provides the Unigy II batteries made by in theKorea and USA. Several sizes are available. The stack in the photo is the popular 48 volt, 600 Amp-hour capacity. We offer 2 of these stacks in parallel for1200Ah in a single cabinet with fans for ventilation and temperature control.

IIAN TECH Solar Hybrid Power Systems

The Gen 4 PVT Systems include all of the electronics in a single cabinet for easy installation.

The cabinets are powder coated steel and sealed to meet IP65 and are intended to be outdoors, typically in the shade, under the PV array.

The cabinet is 1000mm wide x 300mm deep x 1200mm tall. It is shown The cabinet is 1000mm wide x 300mm deep x 1200mm tall. It is shown here with 450mm legs. They can also be hung from the ground-mounted PV support system.

All of the cables exit from the bottom using water- proof glands. The cables can be covered in optional rodent-proof metallic braded shields.
