With reference to above, kindly arrange to supply the following at theaddreses mentioned above as per the Terms and conditions mentionedbelow.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: The Purchase order is given as per the following

Terms and Conditions.

1. The delivery of all the equipments be made at the College premises at the

address mentioned above.

2. Supply at F.O.R destination.

3. Delivery be made by 20th July 2012 or latest by 10th August 2012.

4. Taxes 5% VAT extra.

5. The details of the Equipment for effecting the supply should be as per the

quotation / information furnished by the supplier at the time of placing the

order.

6. Installation: free of cost.

7. All the equipment orders have to be provided with antivibration pads.

8. 30 % advance payment with the Order, 50 % against the delivery at site and

balance 20% after successful installation and demonstration of the

equipment.

9. The supplier will have to provide (2) Sets of operation and experimental

manuals at the time of delivery.10.The supplier is requested to furnish a floor plan with electrical power supply

points (wherever

Required) immediately for making the preparatory work for installation of

equipment at the

College.

11. Warrantee: 12 months from the date of Installation
