• Quality infrastructure relates to all fields of Metrology, Standardization and Testing, of Quality management and conformity assessment, including certification and accreditation.

M-( Metrology)- We are having all necessary provision of Gauge and Measurement Instruments capability with In house Gauge making facility( Polycarbonate fixtures, Tracing).

Standardization - Standardization is the process of establishing a technical standard , which could be a standard specification standard test method, standard definition , standard procedure (or practice), So based on customer requirement we are very much capable to understand technical standard /Specification because we have technical experts.

Testing- We are having well equipped test facility including fully advance techno matric Atlas Weather o meter ,so due to hi tech in-house lab we can fulfill customer specific requirements .

Quality Management and Conformity Assessment- .

Confidence comes from knowing that requirements will be fulfilled. Standards give the state-of-the-art requirements. ISO/IEC standards and guides relating to conformity assessment define the processes and good practice for checking that the requirements are met So being Large SOB in Automotive sector we are ISO/TS16949:2009 Certified Company from last 6 years also for checking compliance towards systems we are conducting internal audits through our trained internal auditors. We are completely based on PDCA cycle. In fact we are using various types of quality tools like problem solving methods,8 D, Core tools ,Kaizen, Pokayoke .ext.

Now a days Environmental impact is an important issue across the globe, with pressure to minimize that impact coming from many sources, including governments, trade associations, supply chains and other social and financial stakeholders so to avoid environmental Impact we are driving ISO 14001 : 2004 quality system (EMS) in our company which provides you with a framework for managing environmental responsibilities efficiently in a way that is integrated into your overall operations.

Also we have plan for OHSAS by end of 2013.

Foam Die cuts & D/S Tape Die cutsCustomised as per customers requirements, these precision die cut components are manufactured from many materials including foams, rubbers, aluminum, copper and SS sheets and polyesters. Thin Film Doming :

PU Can now be used like a thin lacquer (0.2 to 0.4 mm) yet keeping its typical quality feature : Excellent weathering ageing resistance and superior adhesion performance. The PU Resin is spreaded onto aluminium sheets in such a thin layer that you can finally touch the embossing !

Flat Film Doming :

The Polyurethane resin is first poured so as to remain particularly flat. After the Curing time is over, the resin coated emblems are punched out of sheet, post-formed and eventually cased into a plastic mould (typical applications areAutomotive emblems, badges, etc.) PU Thickness 0.7 to 1 mm
