Die Wellen können auch anders ausgeführt werden. AuchHohlwellen/Flansche sind möglich, z.B. zum direkten Anschlußvon Motoren.

Weitere Sonderwünsche sind möglich. Die folgendeAbbildung zeigt ein PV 63/180 mit Lagerbock und integrierterDrehmomentmeßnabe:

Various modifications are available. The following figureshows a PV 63/180 with a foot mounting and integratedtorque measurement:




T2nom: max. Nenndrehmoment an der langsamen Welle beiDrehzahl n1 (schnelle Welle) und rechnerischer LebensdauerLh = 10000 h.

Das Getriebe ist auch zur Übersetzung ins Schnelle geeignet.Auf Wunsch sind Sonderübersetzungen möglich, auchmathematisch genau.

Max. Drehzahl (schnelle Welle): n1max = 8000 min-1.

Bei Dauerbetrieb mit über 80 kW muß das Getriebe evtl.gekühlt werden. Dies kann durch Wasserzulauf in den inte-grierten Kühlmantel oder durch Einspritzung von gekühltem Öl geschehen, wobei letzteres vorzuziehen ist. EntsprechendeAnschlüsse sind vorhanden.

Sonderausführung PV 63/180 HS:

• spielarm• Drehzahl n1max bis 25.000 min-1

• Einbaumaße und Leistungsdaten leicht abweichend.

Sonderausführung PV 63/180 HS LowJ:

Wie PV 63/180 HS, aber zusätzlich mit extrem reduziertemMassenträgheitsmoment J.

T2nom: max. continuous output torque (low speed shaft) atspeed n1 (high speed shaft) for calculatedlifetime Lh = 10000 h.

The gearbox can be used as a speed-up gearbox. Specialratios are available, mathematically exact if necessary.

Max. speed (high speed shaft): n1max = 8000 rpm.

During continous operation with more than 80 kW coolingmight be necessary. This can be done by pumping waterthrough the cooling coil or injection of cooled oil. Thesecond solution is to be prefered. Related connectionsare in place.

Special Version PV 63/180 HS:

• low backlash• speed n1max up to 25.000 rpm• slightly different mounting dimensions and technical data.

Special Version PV 63/180 HS LowJ:

Same as PV 63/180 HS, but with extremly reduced inertia J.
