Proposed Lift Station #3 Schedule January 6, 2020 - Gopher One site meeting held January 7 – 8, 2020 – Site survey work January 9 – 30, 2020 – Project design and preliminary specifications February 5, 2020 – Review of project plans and preliminary specifications with Public Works committee at regular monthly meeting. February 6 – 14, 2020 – Finalize plans and specifications based on city staff and committee input. February 19, 2020 – Request authorization from Council to publicly bid project at regular monthly meeting. March 12, 2020 – Open bids, 10 AM at City Hall. March 12 - 13, 2020 – Review bids with City staff and prepare recommendation letter for City Council. March 18, 2020 – City Council awards project at regular monthly council meeting. March 19 – 31, 2020 – Contractor prepares insurance, bonds, agreement and returns to City. April 1 – 3, 2020 – City signs agreements and issues Notice to Proceed to selected Contractor. April 6 – 24, 2020 – Contractor shop drawing submittals and approvals. May 4 – 8, 2020 – Preconstruction conference held and contractor starts project work at the site. June 3, 2020 – Project update at regular public works monthly meeting. June 12, 2020 – Contract substantial completion date. Contractor has new lift station up and running. June 26, 2020 – Final completion date, Contractor completes demolition of existing lift station and completes site restoration and punch list work. July 1, 2020 – Project recapped at regular public works monthly meeting. July 15, 2020 – Final payment application review at regular council meeting.
