Article 41, section III LAASSP (2010) Adherence to a Current Public Bidding Generate savings in public procurement Price Negotiating Committee (Brand or unique

distributor)

Since the beginning of this administration, President Enrique Peña

Nieto, was evaluated and revised the scheme of transfer of

resources to States, as some cases the inputs were not purchased, were of low quality, outdated or delivery was untimely;

It was proposed the possibility of sending rather than

financial resources arises, inputs to ensure

timely supply in the states;

It is contemplated to make the purchase of these inputs centrally (single entity buys for all) and on a consolidated basis (make a single purchase of all the Federal Government

and part of what is sent to the States – (IMSS, ISSSTE,

ISSSFAM, PEMEX, HEALTH MINISTRY, STATES), which would help to obtain better prices for volume purchase.

Simultaneous supply is expected, ie for a drug may award two, three or more suppliers to ensure the timely supply and not create monopolies, which also opens the market share and increasing competitiveness.

The first major consolidated purchase was held in

2013 and generated significant savings for the Health

Sector:
