• Local government to create two elected seats of Youth Councilors (1 Male, 1 Female) at Union and Village Council level

• Uniform Education curriculum throughout Pakistan

• Youth benefiting from Vocational Training Programs to be increased from 300,000 to 2 Million per annum

• Scholarships and Interest free loans for deserving students to be radically enhanced

• Distance Learning to be promoted through Expert driven lectures from all over the world

• Adult Education Programs for up to 6 months duration run by Youth for functional literacy

EDUCATED YOUTH

• PTI Economic Policy set to generate 2 Million new jobs per annum in local economy

• Political Interference in all Public Sector hiring to be eliminated

• Merit based job system to be established and strictly ensured within reviewed Constitutional Quotas

EMPLOYMENT

• PTI will provide an enabling environment for setting up new businesses

• Jawan Markaz to facilitate and mentor local entrepreneurs by connecting them with subject matter experts, business plan formulation and capital generation guidance

• Industrial internship programs to be set up by Improvement and enforcement of existing Apprenticeship legislation

ENTREPRENEURSHIP

• Preventive Health Care Awareness Campaigns for Youth on basic health issues and emergencies’ management

• Jawan Marakaz to form the Central Point for organization of these campaigns

• Jawan Markaz to mobilize local Youth against Drug Abuse and other social vices

• PTI Government to focus on formation of Rehabilitation Centers for people affected by Terrorism, Drug Abuse, Psychological disorders

IMPROVING SOCIAL LIFE & HEALTH

• PTI to ensure properly maintained parks and sports complexes within Educational institutes and in each locality( Rural and Urban)

• Local sports leagues to be organised by Jawan Marakaz at Town/Tehseel level

• Talent hunts at local level to yield National Talent in leading sports

• Sports based scholarships/stipends to be enhanced
