We produced women clothing, dresses and women active-wear, men clothing, men active-wear, young men shirts and T-shirts, and kids clothing. We have made a great progress since our first year. We have added new machines and facilities to provide our best services in giving satisfaction for our customer. All of the machines and the equipments were imported from Korea, which was also products made in Korea products, to guarantee our top quality result. The new generator imported from Germany has also been installed to cope with black electricity situation from PLN (Perusahaan Listrik Negara, or National Electricity Cooperation) so the production won’t be interrupted and can continue normally. We have also added some facilities to comply with the buyer’s compliance in our best result, such as: the new packing and loading area with the new security system as the part of CTPAT (Custom Trade Partnership Against Terrorism) requirements, enlarge the cutting area, the new warehouse system facilities, the new production office, and the new laboratory equipped by the new imported equipments made in France, USA and Germany. PT. Manito World, is a knitting export & import manufacturer, which has a business line in producing and exporting fashionable clothing and accessories. Our garment factory was established in August 2005 in Cicurug-Sukabumi, West Java, about 1 and a half hour away from Jakarta. Our factory facilities and other conditions can satisfy every customer’s compliance requirements. All of our facilities (factory building and machines) are of our own and all of our production equipments are new and imported from– Korean made products. Our new generator is also imported from Germany. We have 14 lines (32 sewing machines/ line) and applications of EPTE (Bonded zone facility) are ready. The new spot cleaning equipment, the new lab-testing equipments, our new very secure loading and packing area with our new security systems are also provided for the customer’s satisfaction. Our garment factory, PT. Manito World is a new one but our management staff teams have already had well experienced enough and our equipments and machines here are new and modern one. We always implement the best quality management system here and based on ISO 9001; 2000 and buyer’s standard because our most important goal and commitment are customer satisfaction.
