Out of scope :- Site welding work- Structural design and connection detail calculation- Handrail, ladder and stair work- Grating, checkered plate and expanded metalwork- Roofing, siding, ridge, flashing, lisplank and fascia work- Gutter and downpipe work- Door, window, louvre, fence and ridge ventilation work- Insulation work- Pfate work (eg.
