1. Fees subject to changes. FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. 2. Latin honor scholarships shall only be recognized if the reviewee submits the original certification

of graduation with latin honor from the university/school registrar, had not yet exercised nor is presently exercising the same scholarship privilege with another review center, and is availing such scholarship within one year from the date of graduation.

3. As endorsed by PRTC Reviewers. 4. To be exercised within one year from the issuance of the certificate and after proper

authentication by the PRTC Review Director.
