  • History of PRSPhoenix Resourcing Services (PRS) is a privately owned recruitment company, operating within the UK Facilities Management and Building Services Engineering sectors since 1999.

    We have five offices (at the time of writing); London (HQ), Southampton, Birmingham, Manchester and Glasgow.We have a large team of consultants and support staff who specialise in sectors from a dedicated, centralised service desk for controlling all of our temp labour to a team that concentrate on the permanent recruitment of senior management grade staff. We purposely pick our staff from a very diverse background, from a complete novice trainee to industry experienced ex-engineers and recruitment consultants from allied industries. We believe this approach creates the vibrant team atmosphere, essential for success in a fast paced and constantly changing market.

    Our future plans include more of the same; providing high quality recruitment services to over 100 clients and 1000s of candidates whilst staying flexible and competitive within our market place.

    We are also intending to expand into other allied markets and into other geographical areas of the UK when we feel it will complement our existing business.

    This service essentially provides teams or individuals that can work to a fixed price for the duration of the project. This means the financial outlay by the client is guaranteed, unlike hourly rate labour which could prove very costly.

    Candidate responds to advert/website/referral and contacts PRS local office.

    PRS conduct initial phone interview and confirms experience, background, qualifications and availability.

    If deemed suitable, the candidate will be invited to register by appointment and sent an application form.

    Candidate attends a 30 minute interview and technical test. All qualifications, ID, CV and application form are scanned and saved to our database. Two references are taken on site.

    If the candidate is compliant and suitable theyre then registered as live to the PRS system and ready to go.

    Once on a contract thecandidate is checked to site by PRS and monitored until the end of the contract.
