The Integra Proximal Humeral Fracture Plate SystemThe versatile Integra Proximal Humeral Fracture Plate System features two plate designs, the Low Profile Plate and the Greater Tuberosity Plate to address a wide range of fracture patterns, support anatomic healing, simplify positioning and minimize soft tissue interference.

The Integra Proximal Humeral Fracture Plate system is designed for fractures and fracture dislocations, osteotomies and non-unions of the proximal humerus. Indications Include: Dislocated two-, three-, and four-fragment fractures of the proximal humerus, including fractures involving osteopenic bone, pseudoarthroses in the proximal humerus and Osteotomies in the proximal humerus.

GT-PlateDesigned to sit higher on the greater tuberosity, to increase humeral head purchase. Available in four-hole (91mm) and seven-hole (115mm), and ten-hole (138mm) lengths.
