Mach 2 model cast in Accu-trac tray. The cast has been sectioned at the

estimated center of the to be placed implant


The wing assembly in place, showing the 5.4 mm space .


The bucco- lingual cut. The center of the implant was placed 0.5 mm more

towards the buccal relative to the first line drawn. The coronal bone dimensions

are limited. The axis of the implant is placed for a cement retained crown, as it

exits at the incisal edge.
