PROTOBOARDSIn association with BPS of Canada, Philmore brings to you a new series of Printed Circuit Prototyping boards that have been designed by circuit

builders. There are two major groups: 3U and 6U boards that can be used in any number of applications where a Eurocard/VME design will simplifyintegrating your circuit with power supplies as well as with other systems. The next NEW series of Protoboards have been designed to fit into standard(popular styles) of Hammond boxes. The new series of boards are now available either separately OR you can pick up the board and the Hammondbox all in one package. All ProtoBox boards will have holes on 0.10” centers and .042” diameter.

All products in this series are manufactured Lead-Free and compliant with RoHS.

ProtoBox Kits with board and Hammond box.A series of Protoboards that include a well made box from Hammond, one of our industry’s leading box makers. If you need to replace the board dueto circuit changes, each of the ProtoBox circuit boards included in these kits is also sold separately. Note: please be sure to use the Philmore partnumbers when ordering, all of which begin with the 12– prefix (example (12-200 etc.) We do show Hammond numbers on packages for your conven-ience, but our systems will recognize only the Philmore numbers.

2.8” X 4.3” ProtoBox Kit Hand-held case design

Designed for hand-held applications, the box is the Hammondno. 1553B (black) and the PC board is 2.8 x 4.3 inches. Boardmaterial: FR-4 with one ounce copper. Holes are paired and.042” in diameter to accept leads from common components.Holes are spaced on 0.10” centers. Board mounts with four 4-40screws, included. Box color black, ABS plastic.

2.9” X 5.5” ProtoBox Kit Hand-held case, battery door

The box is the Hammond no.1553DB (black) and the PC board is 2.9x 5.5 inches. The box has a battery door that will permit the use of twoAA cells or a 9V transistor battery. Board material: FR-4 with oneounce copper. Holes are paired and .042” in diameter to accept leadsfrom common components. Board mounts with six 4-40 screws,included. Box color black, ABS plastic.

Box size is 4.4 x 2.6 x 1.1 inches.

The box is the Hammond no.1590B and the PC board is 4.05 x 2.05inches. The box is die cast aluminum and a natural aluminum color.Lap joint construction and IP54 dust/water protection provide an enclo-sure that is EMI/RFI tight. Board material: FR-4 with one ounce copper.Holes are paired and .042” in diameter to accept leads from commoncomponents; holes are on .10” centers. Board mounts with two 4-40screws, included.
