Mrs Patricia Morris HPE, Science and Food Studies

With swimming lessons completed for this year, students are to be congratulated for these effort and enthusiasm during lessons. Remember over the holidays if you are around water to follow the Aquacode and if you go to the beach “swim between the flags”.

Year 3 & 4 NewsThis week students have been working hard on finishing their assessments. In Geography, they have been learning about significant places as well as sustainable practices. Students have also been learning about language features used in ‘The BFG’ during English. In Technology, they have started creating their dioramas. It is great to see the students working together and giving each other ideas for how to make something.

Rebecca Connell, Year 3/4 Teacher

Year 5 & 6 NewsThe Year 5/6 students have been busy this week working on multiple assessment items. For Science, the students have had to create an animal with certain adaptions to meet a particular environment. The students have had a lot of fun creating some very interesting creatures.
