CONTENTS
A one year (or more) programme, with classes from Monday to Friday, after which the student will obtain a national qualification and international certification/s (if applicable). Face-to-face/instructor-led training.
Day, evening, or Appointment classes after which a student will receive an international certification after passing the international exam. Instructor-led training.

The National Accredited Technical Education Diploma (NATED) qualifications are quality assured by the QCTO (an arm of the South African Department of Higher Education and Training).
The programmes are aimed at post matric students who would like to enter the job market fairly quickly. The courses are aimed at encouraging self-employment and at developing students in the practical component of the work environment.
These courses lead to a National N Diploma: after completing N6 theory in the classroom, students need to acquire 18 months relevant, practical work experience, after which they can apply for the National Diploma.Note: the National N Diploma is evaluated as an M+3 qualification.

Business Management prepares the prospective student for self-employment. This programme provides vocational and practical skills as well as entrepreneurship training. Human Resources Management deals with formal systems in the management of people within the organisation. The N qualifications and part Qualifications have now been registered by SAQA – in terms of Section 36© of the NQF Act, Act 67 of 2008. The National N Diploma at NQF Level 6, consisting of N4+N5+N6 (in the same field of Study) + either 18 months or 24 months evaluated work place learning.
The duration of the evaluated workplace learning is determined by the duration of the relevant N programmes. In cases where the N programmes are of one trimester duration, twenty four (24) months of practical workplace learning is required. Where the N programmes are of six months duration, the practical workplace experience is eighteen (18) months.
These levels follow on from one another. When choosing a module, you must first have passed the module at the lower level. Before you can be awarded a qualification, you must have completed the required number of credits and the modules must be completed at the required NQF level.
The National Diploma leads to the Baccalaureus in Technology (B-Tech) or to a National Higher Diploma (NHD).
