To think of a golf product, and then, a specific brochure for the friends of the Prosecco Golf Cup, was

for us at the Tourist Promotion Board MARCA TREVISO natural and spontaneous.

From its creation, dating from some 7 years ago as the work of Golfeventi of Conegliano, Marca

Treviso made itself available to promote an extraordinary mix, made naturally of golf, Prosecco

and an extraordinary land where Docg Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore was born, in the

province of Treviso, in the softly rolling hills between Venice and the Dolomite Mountains.

A simply unique territory in which a visitor can have an experience and live emotions he will

remember his entire life: romantic abbeys and medieval castles, antique villages where one can

still breathe the air of times past, hills with clinging vineyards that seem almost to touch the sky,

excellent dining that combines tradition, know-how and unforgettable flavours...

From here to putting into practice the creation of a specific promotional sales brochure to help the

passionate players of this sport (which, in fact, is a lifestyle) live the experience of the Prosecco Golf

Cup in person, was a very short step.

We have managed in these years to do all this by adding in, besides our competence, an ingredient

that, in our profession, one cannot do without: passion. This passion found more fertile land in

which to grow thanks to important public and private partners such as the Regional Government

of Veneto, the Provincial Administration of Treviso, the Chamber of Commerce of Treviso, the Trade

Association Confcommercio Treviso, the Consortium Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore,

the Italian Golf Federation FIG and its regional committee for Veneto, the Golf Clubs, but, most of

all, the Hospitality Providers in our area, of the Veneto and, along the tour, in all of the European

countries touched by the Prosecco Golf Cup.

Let us, however, dedicate this new brochure to a Friend who has recently left us: Oswald Stocker,

founder and CEO of Europlan, our Partner and tour operator who, more enlightened than everyone,

knew how to transform that which up until today had been a simple traveling golf tournament

(even if, today, it is the largest and most organized tourism roadshow integrated into Europe and

dedicated to golf) into a brand-new international tourism product.

And with the same passion, we are now handing over this brochure to you, dear golf lover and, as

we are convinced, lover of our land and of the Prosecco, so that along the more than 100 stages of the

2013 Tour, you will join the other 40,000 golfers, who during these years have played with us, and

affirm with pride: Yes, I have participated at the Prosecco Golf Cup too!

Art. 1The PROSECCO GOLF CUP 2013 is organized over about 100 competitions, of which about 50% are in Italy and 50% are in the European Countries listed in the Official Calendar of Tournament Competitions.

Art. 2All of the competitions will be played according to the Stableford scoring system 18-Hole, handicap in 3 limited categories. All Italian and foreign players can participate if at the moment of the registration they are regularly registered in the respective golf association of their country.

Art. 3The referee of each single competition will be expressly designated by the club where the competition will be played. In each competition, the rules of the Royal Ancient Golf Club of St. Andrews, the rules of the FIG Italian Golf Federation (in Italy) and of the

respective Federations, as well as the local rules of the single organizing clubs will apply.

Art. 4Possible complaints must be forwarded in writing to the referee within 30 minutes after the end of the competition. Any complaints brought forward later will not be taken into consideration.

Art. 5Scoring system of the competition: 18 holes Stableford, 3 limited categories: 1^ category hcp 0 12 2^ category hcp 13 20 3^ category hcp 21 - 36

Art. 6DAILY AWARDS: 1st - 2nd - 3rd on net scores by category 1st on gross scores, 1st Lady, 1st Seniors The first place winner in each category and the gross scores winner will have the right to play in the International Final of the Prosecco Golf Cup, which will take

place April 2-4, 2014 (dates to be confirmed) at the Golf Clubs in the district of Lake Garda (C degli Ulivi, Paradiso del Garda, and Verona, to be confirmed).

SPECIAL AWARDS:One Nearest to the Pin Longest drive male Longest drive female Awards cannot be accumulated.

Art. 7International Final: The International Final will be be played according to the Stableford scoring system 18-Hole, handicap in 3 limited categories (like the circuit competitions). Players admitted to the final, whose hcp has changed after the single competition will play the final in the respective category of their new hcp.

Art. 8The PROSECCO GOLF CUP 2013 circuit will be considered regularly competed in all its effects, even if, for whatever reason, one or more single competitions of the Official Calendar had been cancelled.

origins in 2006 starting as an

in 2007 they realized the first tournament with 16 events plus the finale: a promotional tour to

evince the excellence of wines and gastronomy of the region of Prosecco and the March of Treviso and, at the same time, the beginning of a close cooperation with the Consorzio di Tutela del Prosecco DoCg and the Consorzio di Promozione Turistica

activities of the province of Treviso.

after the first two successful tours, the number of events has been increased in 2008 and the first golf & tasting events were

organized in austria and germany

in 2011 a further step forward: the number of events was increased to 51 with a 40% in foreign countries.

The finale has been moved from asolo golf Club to the lake

garda golf District and was hold contemporaneously with the Vinitaly

international Wine Fair

in 2012, thanks to the increasing demand of italian and foreign golf Clubs to host these golf & tasting

happenings, the tournament has again increased its number of events reaching quota 80, now half in italy

and half in foreign countries

2013 will mark a turning point. The project will exceed the quota of 100 events and,

in cooperation with europlan, the tournament will be accompanied by a brochure offering golf holidays and

accommodations for the golf & tasting events of the Prosecco golf Cup in europe

A NAME, A GUARANTEE

For 50 years, The Europlan Group Group has been an extensive guide of Lake Garda. The Company began as a small family run business and thanks to the hard work and the passion of its founding members, today boasts more than 500 collaborators, all working to satisfy tourists needs. The leadership position it holds has been gained over the years thanks to the management of hotels and other high standard accommodation and also to its presence on the market as a Tour Operator in Northern Italy.

Another important part of the Europlan Group is the organization of excursions to the most sug-gestive places on Lake Garda and in the Veneto Region together with itineraries in the most impor-tant historic cities of Italy. Starting this year, it has entered strongly into the world of golf with a unique quality product, be-coming a point of reference for the most exclusive greens of Europe.

The entrepreneur who headed The Europlan Group, a charismatic leader and guide, a man of strong principles and solid human values, a marvelous example of intelligence, decency and passion for life, he always gave everyone his full willingness and attention. Mr Stocker passed away suddenly on October 31st 2012. He has left an immense void among his relatives, the numerous collaborators of The Europlan Group and all the Italian and foreign tour operators who work on Lake Garda and in the Veneto Region.

His professionalism, experience and competence helped the area around Italys largest lake to develop, day af-ter day, the capacity to attract new flows of tourists, offering travelers a full range of opportunities. A manager of extraordinary humani-ty and availability, he knew how to join the old-fashioned entrepreneu-

rial style, made from great sacrifice and business risks, to the capacity to innovate in the tourism market with an incredibly long-sighted and complex vision of its problems. A tireless wor-ker, a man of extraordinary intuition and talent in anticipating choices. An example of his work is the initiative into the world of golf, outlined by him and continued by us, with the certainty of not disappointing him.

THIS INITIATIVE LINKED TO THE WORLD OF GOLF BEGAN, AS WAS TRUE FOR MANY OTHER

ENTERPRISES, FROM THE INVENTIVE GENIUS OF OSWALD STOCKER.

General Information

HOTELSWe have selected the hotels according to the Prosecco Golf Cup calendar. All prices shown in the price lists are per person per night, on the respective meal basis. Any supplements or reductions are indicated under the price list. Half board includes usually breakfast and dinner. All inclusive arrangements start usually at 6.00 p.m. on the arrival day and end at 10.00 a.m. of the departure day (any exceptions are at the hotels discretion). Drinks, tips and extras are not included in the prices if not specifically indicated. Photos of the rooms are samples and do not always correspond to the allocated rooms (our room descriptions are binding).

APARTMENTS AND HOLIDAY VILLAGESAll prices are per apartment per night, if not otherwise indicated, and include the rental of the apartment with the respective services, furniture and essential facilities for a short holiday stay. A deposit has to be paid on arrival, which will be refunded on departure day, if there are no damages. The required amount for deposit is indicated under the price lists. The apartments are subdivided in different types: ST= one-room apartment, A= two-rooms apartment, B= three-rooms apartment, C= four-rooms apartment, D= five rooms apartment. The number indicated after this abbreviation is the maximum occupancy of the apartment (e.g. A4 = two-rooms apartment with maximum 4 persons).

PARKING GARAGEIf a parking is indicated in the description it may be used while parking spots are available. Parking spots cannot be reserved. Garage: if extra charge is required, the amount is indicated under the price list and is always payable locally.

PETSPrices lists always indicate if small pets are allowed and if an extra charge is required. If not specified, pets are not allowed. Pets are not allowed in any common areas (restaurant, pool, etc.).

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUTWe inform you that, if not otherwise indicated, the hotels usually dont allocate

the rooms before 3 p.m. on arrival day and require to vacate the room on departure day within 10 a.m.

MINIMUM STAYThe price lists indicate the minimum stay (number of nights).

REDUCTIONS (CHILDREN ADULTS)Hotels offer a reduction for third and fourth persons (according to their age) in additional beds, sharing a double room with two full paying guests. For children up to 2 years (if not otherwise indicated), the price list states the cost for a baby cot or baby bed, which has to be paid locally together with the babys meals. In apartments the indicated price is for the hire of a baby cot or baby bed, if available. Baby cots or baby beds have to be counted in into the maximum occupancy.

TOURIST TAXItalian municipalities are allowed to require a tourist tax. Starting-time: golfers can always indicate a preferred starting-time, the best possible starting-time will be reconfirmed, in conjunction with the conditions of the competition course. We will work, together with the golfer, to reconfirm the closest starting-time to the time requested.

Arrival and departure day: we advise not to play on these days.

Prosecco Golf Event Package: the packages described together with each Golf Club refer to the single tournament date of the Prosecco Golf Cup. The Packages are divided as follows:

GF = registration and participation in the single golf tournament referred to;

1 GF + 1 N = participation in a single tournament and one nights stay in the below-mentioned accommodation (Hotel or Apartment);

2 GF + 1 N = participation in both of the tournaments on the double-paged spread and one nights stay in the below-mentioned accommodation (Hotel or Apartment);

Designed by the Scotsman John Souter, this championship course follows the natural curves of the rolling hills and resembles greatly the Scottish links. Also known as Le Querce or The Oaks, this course opened in 1989. Designed by Jim Fazio in the mid-1980s on an extension of about 70 acres, it is located in the Lazio countryside, about 40 km north of Rome. In 2011 it became the landmark of the Italian Golf Federation, and its name changed to Nazionale. The course, much appreciated for the way in which it uses the terrain on which it was built and its natural use of a horseshoe-shaped moat, is very technical, compelling, and fun. Innumerable bunkers and tall oaks distinguish the course. It has received numerous recognitions among the Top Ten Italian Courses throughout the years and its various ratings place it among the top courses in Italy.

Built at the end of the 1980s, on the hills above the town of Garda, in an area of 90 acres of luxuriant vegetation, the course is surrounded by countless olive trees (from which it also gets its name). The temperate climate of Lake Garda allows year-round golfing. The course, while not being very long, is technical and insidious, and defends itself well against every type of golfer. The undulating greens, and various water obstacles and well-placed bunkers make the play difficult. The course then offers some splendid glimpses onto Lake Garda (especially at the beginning of the second hole) and when one cannot see the lake, Mount Baldo comes into view, letting a player fill his vision, enjoying the panorama and relaxing while playing.

Opened in 2009, designed by Austrian Diethard Fahrenleitner together with Barbara Eisserer, it is one of the few golf clubs in Istria and it extends over a surface of 80 acres of Mediterranean scrub. A Parkland course, it reverberates with the wind that often blows here and that adds difficulty to this course, already well-defended by various obstacles. An added detail is surely the splendid panorama golfers enjoy, more or less from every hole, of the Gulf of Piran and this wonderful corner of the Adriatic Sea.

Inaugurated in 1984 with only one 9-hole course, thanks to the intentions of the Municipality to enrich its tourism offerings and keep up with the times. The course has developed over the years, arriving to its current 27 holes that unwind over an area of almost 100 acres. The first and second 9s were built by architect Marco Croze, while the last 9, from 2004, was designed from the synergy created by Baldovino Dass and architect Alvise Rossi Fioravanti. The first 18 holes are inspired by great American courses. They extend along the pine forest and are characterized by diverse lakes that come into play in the various holes, while the last 9 are inspired by Scottish links.

Owned by the community of Castel San Pietro, the course unwinds over an area of 60 acres, near the Thermal Baths. Designed by Architect Ivano Serrantoni, it was opened in 1999. It is pleasingly placed in the valley of the Sillaro waterfall, whose climate allows delightful days for golf year-round. The course, naturally situated in the hills that surround it, is both fun for amateurs and challenging for professionals. It is characterized by diverse water obstacles along the way, and the natural undulation of the terrain adds to making the game interesting. Since 2007, it has been accredited as the headquarters of the Italian Ladies Golf Association. Particularly interesting is the Bike Golfing project; that is, the possibility to play and compete in mountain biking, with specially designed bicycles.

Started as a country club, thanks to the enthusiasm of a group of real golfers, it has been a member of the Italian Golf Federation FIG since 1987. Designed and built by Marco Croze together with Giorgio Ferraris of Turin, it is a moving course. Its ample fairways are lined with numerous water obstacles, while its greens are undulating and well-defended by bunkers. This design allows all levels of players to enjoy the course and the tranquility of the countryside around Turin. In fact, over the years the Club has consolidated its image and its calling as a sports center, and the course is always rated among the top 20 in Italy.

About 15 km south of Frankfurt, it is considered one of the biggest and best courses in the area of Hesse. Created in 1984 using the designs of the renowned Stadler Golf Courses studio, it unwinds its 27 holes along a course that is level but nonetheless full of difficulty. Bunkers at drive level, tall trees and lots of water all combine to defend this course, which requires great precision and attentive strategy in teeing off. The Signature Hole is number 3 in the yellow course, a long dogleg to the left, with a green defended by a bunker on the left and water in front and to the right. The Club House is also worthy of note, historical and protected by environmental assets, inside which one can sample the wonderful local cuisine served in its restaurant.

Located in Bad Soden-Salmunster, about 70 km east of Frankfurt. The Club was founded in 1972 and then the course was inaugurated in 1974, designed by Elliot Rowand, and since 1988, the 18 holes have been open. The course winds through a very green and hilly area. A Parkland type, it is distinguished by its high trees, given the wooded area, but no less than by its water traps and bunkers, which play their part in defending the course. Certainly notable is the difference between the first 9 (1970s), characterized by narrow fairways, and the second 9 (1980s), which enjoy much larger fairways. The Club is very well-estimed by golfers for its grassy carpet, while the modern Clubhouse affords splendid views of the surrounding mountains.

In the south part of Poland, about 50 km from Katowice and 30 km from Krakow. Located in Schwieberdingen, about 20 km northwest of Stuttgart. Inaugurated in 1993, this Club was designed by the famous golfer Bernhard Langer, over an area of about 100 acres. A Links type, it is a real challenge for every golfer, with narrow fairways nestled in its hilly terrain where bunkers, small lakes and ponds are well-positioned to defend the course. From 1995-1997, this course hosted the German Open, gaining fame at an international level. Also noteworthy is its modern, characteristic Clubhouse.
