Demand for Office Space in Central
Business District, Delhi• MCD at the time of construction of Civic Centre assessed demand for office space from Govt. agencies. The following Govt. agencies requested space from MCD which could not be accommodated by MCD: Ministry of Finance Central Excise & Customs Life Insurance Corporation Ministry of Information Technology Ministry of Home Affairs Ministry of Agriculture Oriental Insurance Delhi Tourism Delhi Finance Commission Public Grievance Commission
• As may be seen from the above that there is huge demand for office space and the current project of DSIIDC could cater to a portion of the demand.
