1. If the number of participants for any stall size category is more, (for example in second slot of draw, where only 16 stalls are available) if we receive 20 requests then all 20 applications will be put in for a common draw & after the draw is done, the balance 4 application would be given preference of choosing stalls ahead of Third draw.
2. If any developer does not want to choose from the available stalls in the said category then his application will be considered in the next lot as a common entry without preference.
PLEASE NOTE
F IMPORTANT NOTE: • Please take note that the stall rates for Exhibitors who are not
GIHED members will be 40% more than rates given in the Rate Card.
• Sponsors and Prime Location Stall Exhibitors are requested to take note that from the amount that they disburse, 50% of the amount will be added in the building fund of GIHED and only 50% will be taken as charge for the stall.
• Only 3mtr X 3mtr stalls will be given octanorm panels if ordered before the 15th of September 2013. Bare Space will be given to all other stalls and sponsors to give them the leeway and option to design the stall in their own way.
• Stall Size will not be altered (decreased or increased) in any of the Sections on the demand of any exhibitor, after allocation.
• If necessary, participants can take two adjacent (attached) Stalls together (if available) to increase their Stall Size.
• Exhibitors can avail of a uniform height of 3.9 mtrs for Sponsor Stalls, Prime Location Stalls, Premium Stalls and Platinum Stalls and 2.5 mtrs. for all stalls in Section A & B.
No additional stall height will be permissible. Participants will have to adhere to this restriction very strictly. Note: For effective Air Conditioning please do not create a
false ceiling over your stalls. • The allocation of the Stalls will be completed on the 23rd of
August 2013, at the stall selection event, post which we will be marketing the stall to others in the industry. It will be open on first-come first-serve basis.
Please note that your presence at the stall selection event on 23rd August 2013 is a must. It will also help you to network and interact with your co-participants from the industry. In case of a no show from your organization, your stall selection will be at GIHED's discretion and will be given from the balance stall available after the draw at Stall Selection Event.

BSTALL ALLOTMENT AND SELECTION DETAILS BOOKINGS: • In order to register for the stall selection
& booking process the participants are requested to fill in the given forms, taking care to mention their preferred stall, and send a token booking amount of 50% of the charge of the preferred stall.
• Stall positions for each exhibitor, for each category, will be allocated on the basis of a ‘Draw of Lots’.
• The cheque accompanied with the application form will be accepted in favour of 'THE GUJARAT INSTITUTE OF HOUSING & ESTATE DEVELOPERS', before 5 p.m. on the 22nd of August, 2013, at the GIHED Office.
• In case a concerned participant seeks time to decide on the allocation at the time of GIHED's call, then the draw token number priority will be relegated to the next number in the category, progressively, at the function itself.
• The Stall Rates & Application Form for the stall selection is enclosed for your ready reference & action.

RULES AND REGULATIONS
FAILURE TO EXHIBITAny organization which having signed this form for exhibition space fails to
exhibit for any reason of their own, then in that circumstance the Exhibitors
will not be released from the contract and shall be liable to pay full amount
stated in the contract. These terms cannot be varied under any
circumstances.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITYThe Organizers shall not in any event be held responsible for any restriction
or conditions which prevent, the construction, erection, completion,
alteration or dismantling of stands, the entry, sitting or removal of exhibits
or for the failure of services or amenities provided by the hall landlords or
other third parties.
EXHIBITOR'S INSURANCEExhibitors shall makes sure that they are fully covered by insurance
including, but not restricted to all risks on their property, exhibits or articles
of any kind, public liability and comprehensive protection against any loss
or damage caused by them or circumstance whatsoever, whether by reason
of fire , water, theft, accident or any other cause. The Exhibitor shall insure
against indemnity and hold the organizer harmless in respect of cost,
claims, demands and expenses to which the Organizer in any way be
subject to as a result of any loss or inquiry arising due to any person
(including the members or the public or the organizer staff, agents or
contractors) or property howsoever caused as a result of any act or default
of the exhibitors his servants, agents or contractor or invites. If the
organizer so demands the Exhibitors shall provide proof to the Organizer
that the Exhibitor has adequate insurance cover. Exhibitors must ensure that
their temporary staff, the staff servants, agents or contractors are insured
against claims for worker's compensation. The period for which such
insurance shall be maintained shall run from the time the Exhibitor or any of
this servants agents or contractors first enters the exhibition grounds, and
to continue until he has vacated the exhibition grounds and all his exhibits
and property have been removed.
GROUP BOOTH / STALLContracting parties for group stands are responsible for ensuring that all
exhibitors within their group are fully aware of and agreed to abide by these
terms and conditions and by the Rules and Regulation of the exhibition.
Subletting of Booth/Stall: Exhibitors may not assign or sublet a portion or all
or any part of their booth space without the prior written approval of the
organizer. The organizer reserves the right to charge additional fees to any
Exhibitor wishing to assign or sublet a portion or all or any part its booth.
The backwall of the stall should be compulsorily covered with branding or
white flex.
FORCE MAJEURE:The organizer shall not be liable to the Exhibitors by reason of any
cancellation or part time opening of the exhibition either as a whole or in
part, for any non performance of their obligations under this contract or any
amendments or alterations to all or any of the Rules and Regulations of the
Exhibition in each case to the extent that such occurrence is due to any
circumstances not within their control.
PROMOTION DURING THE EXHIBITION:Exhibitors are reminded not to place stickers, signs or posters anywhere in
the hall other than within their own stand. Likewise, exhibitor
representatives may not distribute brochures, invitations etc. along the
gangways or near the entrances as this is unfair to other exhibitors and an
inconvenience to visitors.UNFORESEEN OCCURRENCES:
In the event of any occurrence not foreseen in these Rules and Regulations,
the decision of the organizer shall be final.
SECURITY:a) Exhibitors and their staff will not be allowed in the exhibition hall before
or after the show hours. If your displays are very valuable and sensitive and
you wish to hire security personnel to attend to your stand exclusively
during off show hours, please contact the Organizer for security services.
Please note that you may not use personnel from any other security
agency.b) All personnel in the exhibition halls must wear identification badges at all
times. Exhibitors badges and contractor/service badges are available from
the organizer's office at the venue.c) For security and safety reasons, exhibit movement in or out of the halls
during off show hours is not permitted.d) Our Security Agency will guard the exhibition site in general. But their
duties will not include specific attention to individual booths/stalls.
PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS100% advance payment should be cleared before stall possession.Exhibitors will not be allowed to occupy their space or booth/Stalls if the
payment terms specified in the contract are not followed. These terms
cannot be varied under any circumstances.No refunds will be made on cancellations or reductions of booth/stall
space.
Electrical InstallationAll on-site Electrical installations must be carried out by the officially
appointed Electrical Contractor. All prefabricated electrical fittings will be
subject to an inspection by the official contractor before connection to the
main supply. Payment for extra electrical load and consumption should be
made to the Organizers.
Equipment InterferenceNo equipment can be operated which makes excessive noise or cause
electrical interference or annoyance to other exhibitors. In this matter the
decision of the Organizer will be final.
Damage to Booth/StallNo person under any circumstances shall cut into or though any floor
covering or wall or any stand service structure, except when authorized in
writing by the organizer.
Booth/Stall CleaningDuring the exhibition days, the organizer will take care for the daily cleaning
of the stalls and gangways. During the build-up/dismantling periods
independent contractors appointed by Exhibitors are responsible for the
removal of the stand building/dismantling materials and rubbish.
Acceptance of RulesThe very fact that an Exhibitor participates in the Exhibition as an Exhibitor,
it will be presumed without any dispute that he/she and the parent company
or Organization has read the Rules & Regulations formulated by the
Organizer as printed above and irrevocably confirm to abide by them. This
is applicable to each and every participant irrespective of the amount or
percentage of payment made to the Organizer and includes participants,
exhibitors/co-exhibitors as well as companies/organizations of
complimentary Booths/Stalls, irrespective of the fact whether they have
signed or not signed the registration form or any other document.The Management has the right to change the dates of the exhibition without
prior notice in any circumstances.
