INTRODUCTION

The purpose of this booklet is enable Regional Promotional Groups (RPGs) of the Welsh Pony & Cob

Society of Australia Inc. (WPCS) to have available to its members, products that are available for

purchase either through the RPGs, National Office or web site. The products or this catalogue can

be placed on view at meetings and events for members to view.

STOCK ENQUIRY: All Enquiries regarding products and delivery can be made via the

National Office (03) 59413 288 or [email protected]

PRICES: Prices are occasionally subject to change when new stock is

purchased the Society endeavours to acquire the standard items from

a regular supplier to avoid price fluctuations.

GST: All Prices quoted include GST

POSTAGE: Freight / Postage will be charged to the individual purchaser or the

RPG. (Pre paid post satchels are used where possible). An estimate

of the postage costs and products weight has been noted against

some items. (An Australia Post mail charges sheet is included for

your convenience). Prices quoted are Australia only, requests for

overseas quotes can be acquired from the Office.

Codes for Postage Costs are included in the description of most

products.

PS1= $8.00 PS2 = $14.00 PS3 = $18.00 PS4 = $25.00

BULK PURCHASES: Combined postal quotes are available upon application to the Office.

PAYMENT: Goods supplied to RPGs will require payment within 14 days from the

date of invoice. All other items supplied to individual members will

require immediate full payment. The goods remain the property of

the WP&CS of Aust. Inc. until full payment is received.

CLAIMS AND CREDITS: All faulty or damaged stock must be returned within 7 days of

delivery where possible to the National Office for reimbursement or

re supply.

RPGs are responsible for payment of lost or damaged stock that is

held on hand for display purposes.

BACK ORDERS: Will be supplied as soon as practical, some items are purchased from

overseas and may take some months. The National Office will advise

purchasers of the ETA.

SIZING & COLOURS: Due to manufacturing occasionally the sizing/ colours on products

may vary. Sizes/Colours available are marked against individual

product description.

GUARANTEES: All products sourced and supplied by the Society are guaranteed

against defects in materials and craftsmanship.

EMBROIDERY: This is conducted by a local business with every care taken to

provide high quality embroidery of products occurs.

ORDERING FOR YOUR RPG

The COM has provided your RPG with a sample pack of the most popular items for display to

members. These goods will remain the property of the Society and there will not be an invoice

issued until the products are sold. Your responsibilities are as follows -

BENEFITS FOR RPGS: A total of 15% will be received by your RPG from the RRP of goods sold

or ordered through your group. All items will arrive to your nominated

RPG priced ready for sale.

STOCK INVENTORY: A record of all of the items supplied in this pack is on file at the

National Office, your RPG is required to submit the stock inventory

form (in this book) by the 31st March each year.

REPLACEMENT ITEMS: Please notify the office regarding items sold, lost or gifted. It is

recommended that you replace these items into the sample pack ASAP

to ensure a full range of products are still available to members for

viewing. Postage and payment will apply for items that require

replacement.

RETURN OF PRODUCT: Unwanted products can be returned to the National office at your

group’s expense. Once items are returned as good as new a credit

invoice will be raised for the goods.

ORDERING: Orders can be emailed to [email protected] faxed or posted. Allow

14 days for delivery of items in stock. Embroidered and overseas items

may take up to 6 weeks.

INFORMATION: Codes for Postage Costs are included in the description of most

products.

Lewis of Fairway Stud and the other copy to Mr Charles Henderson in the

1960's.

Mr & Mrs Lewis then passed the copy onto Mr Ken Armstrong who upon

his death gave the book to Mrs Anna Baker of Cherrytree Stud. Before Anna

passed away she gave to the book to the Owen family of Owendale Stud
