Syntek Monthly Points System As a company, we want to do everything we can to help you succeed. Part of that includes rewarding you both financially and through incentives and promotions to build your Syntek Global business. As part of this, we have created a new incentive program for you called the Syntek Monthly Point System. With this program, you will earn points for different activities you do to build your Syntek Global business. There will be monthly awards for points hit, but the promotion doesn’t end there. In addition to earning monthly rewards for building your business the right way, Syntek Global will be giving away a NEW car, for FREE every three months…and YOU have the chance to win.

HOW IT WORKS: In this program, distributors acquire points by building their businesses. Distributors will be rewarded for personal rank advancement, personally sponsored distributors, new personally sponsored silver pros, customers on AutoShip, and for building your business with 100 PV AutoShips for you and your team. Each month you earn a total of 20 points, you will receive the monthly reward! Every three months any distributor who has earned a cumulative minimum of 60 points gets his/her name in the drawing to win a NEW car! Everyone can earn monthly rewards, but only 1 person wins a car every three months. This is not like any car program you have seen before! This is not a lease. These are not payments made for you. This is a NEW car, FREE and clear. Yours forever! See below for details on how to earn points.

HOW TO EARN POINTS:

POINT SYSTEM DETAILS:

• Enrolling a NEW personally sponsored distributor with a minimum of a 250 PV starter kit earns you 4 points. Example: If you enrolled 3 NEW personally sponsored distributors who enrolled in the company with a 250 PV or 500 PV Starter Kit you would earn 12 points.

• Each personally enrolled Customer on an AutoShip earns you 1 point. Example: Acquire two new customers on AutoShip and you would earn 2 points.

• ForeveryfivepersonalcustomersonanAutoShipyouearn1point. Example A: If David has 10 personal customers currently active on an AutoShip, for the March monthly promotion he would earn 2 points. Example B: If Janet has 16 personal customers currently active on an AutoShip, for the March monthly promotion she would earn 3 points.

• Each personal rank advancement earns you 2 points. Note: Rank advancements start upon reaching Silver Pro and always begin at your highest rank achieved. Points earned are cumulative. Example: If you go from a Silver Pro to Ruby in one month you would earn two points for each rank — GoldPro,Pearl,Jade,Sapphire,andRuby.Thatwouldbefiverankadvancementsforatotalof10pointsearned.

• Each NEW personally sponsored Silver Pro created gives you 5 points. Example: If you create two new personally enrolled silver pros, you would earn 10 points.

• Foreachfivepersonallysponsoreddistributorssomeonehasintheirteamonacurrent100PVAutoShip,theyearn2 points. These points are only counted AFTER the 100 PV AutoShip has gone through for the current month. Example: If you have 10 people personally sponsored on a 100 PV AutoShip you would earn 4 points. If you had nine personally sponsored people on a 100 PV AutoShip you would only earn 2 points.

Monthly PromotionRULES:

1. To receive the monthly promotion reward you MUST earn 20 points in one calendar month.

2. You must be in your second calendar month as an enrolled Syntek Global distributor to start earning pointsforthemonthlypromotion,butyoucanstartearningpointsfortheCarGiveawaypromotionfromthedayyouenroll,ifyouareadistributorwhoenrollsduringathree-monthcargiveawaycycle. Example A: A distributor, Sally, enrolls on May 1st. She cannot start earning points for a monthly promotionuntilJune1st.Sallydoes,however,earnpointsinherfirstcalendarmonthtowardthecar giveaway promotion. Example B: A distributor, John, enrolls on May 31st. He can start earning points for the monthly promotion one day later on June 1st because that is his second calendar month. Like Sally, John can earn points for the Car Giveaway promotion in May, but those points do not go toward the May monthly promotion.

3. Each new Customer on an AutoShip counts only for the personal sponsor and must be newly acquired in that current month to earn 1 point.

4. EveryfivepersonalCustomersonAutoShipearnsyou1point,regardlessofwhenthatcustomerenrolledonanAutoShip.IfyourCustomersarecurrentlyenrolledonanAutoShipforthatspecificmonth,youcanearnpoints.

5. Rank advancement points begin upon reaching Silver Pro. Multiple points can be earned in the same monthformultiplerankadvancements.However,youwillalwaysbejudgedfromyourhighestrank attained,soifyoufallbackwardsandthenjumpforwardthefollowingmonth,itwillnotcountforpoints. Example A: A Distributor’s highest rank achieved is Diamond, but current rank is Ruby. Distributor advances in the current month from Ruby to Emerald, but 2 points are NOT earned because it is based on highest rank attained.

6. Everypointaftertheinitial20pointsiscountedforthequarterlycargiveaway,butyoucanonlyearnone monthly promotion rewarded per month. Example: Distributor A earns a total of 43 points in the month; he/she does NOT get 2 rewards.

7. Distributor must have a minimum 100 PV monthly to qualify.

8. Distributormustbequalified.(Seequalifieddistributorrequirements.)

Car PromotionEvery three months Syntek Global is giving a car away for FREE! At the end of a three-month cycle a live drawing will be held to announce the winner of the car. To be entered in the car giveaway drawing you must earn a cumulative minimum of 60 points during the three-month cycle. For every additional 10 points earned after the initial 60 points, your name will be entered into the drawing again.

QUALIFICATIONS: • Youmustearnacumulativetotalof60pointsinsideofthethree-monthcycle.• You must have 100 PV for all three months of the cycle.

Note: Exception to this is new distributors, who must have 100 PV for each month they have been in the business. For example, if the qualifying months were March, April, and May, and a new distributor joined the company in April, he/she would need 100 PV in April and 100 PV in May.

• Youmustbequalified.(Pleaseseequalifieddistributorrequirements.)

TRACK YOUR POINTS: When you log in to your MySyntek Back Office the points earned will be displayed in two separate boxes as both a calendar month number and a three-month cumulative number. At the end of each calendar month, the monthly total will reset, but the three-month cumulative will continue to actively calculate the point total for the cycle. At the end of the 3-month cycle, all points are reset to zero and the program begins again.

RULES: 1. Thisisa$30,000totalprizeandMUSTbeusedtopurchaseavehicle.Thisprizeisnotredeemableforcash.

The money will be paid directly to the car dealership or person selling the vehicle and will not be paid in cash to the distributor.

2. Individualsareallowedtopurchaseacarvaluedatmorethan$30,000AFTERtheyhavequalifiedfor--orprovidedintheformofadownpayment--theadditionalpurchasepriceofthevehicle. Forexample:IfDistributorAwantstopurchaseavehiclefor$34,000,he/shemusteitherhavequalified for the $4,000 loan or put $4,000 down on the vehicle, leaving the remaining balance of $30,000, which Syntek Global will pay for directly.

3. Individualsmayalsopurchaseavehicleforlessthan$30,000.HOWEVER,theremainingbalancewillNOTbegiventothemincash.Again,thisrewardisNOTredeemableforcashinanyway.

4. The$30,000rewardistheTOTAL,andthismustcoverallcosts.Anycostsoverandabove$30,000isthe responsibilityofthewinner,includingtaxes,licensing,shipping,customs,duties,additionalpriceofthevehicle,etc.orotherwise.

5. The$30,000isbasedonU.S.currency(USD).

6. Forevery10pointsabove60pointsearnedinthethree-monthcycle,yournameisenteredagaininthecarpromotion. For Example: 80 Points would get your name in the drawing 3 times.

7. Monthlypointsareresettozeroattheendofeachcalendarmonth.

8. Cumulativepointsareresettozeroaftereachcargiveawayandthree-monthcycle.
