ObjectivesThe objective is to develop e-content on Video Processing in such a way that it will have following characterstics.

(a)Technologicaly friendly (b) Learner friendly(c) Learner Centric (d) Teacher friendly

To facilitate a larger segment of interdisciplinary students and teachers for self learning and remote teaching through ICT

To provide useful research material for researchers teachers , practitioners and development of aptitude among students for

research in this field.

Why e-content for this subject is required?

To upgrade the knowledge and skills of teacher and student to the latest development in Video Processing.

Limited number of standard books are available that demonstrates the concepts of the subject in easy and interactive manner.

E-contents of the subject are not easily available that serves the requirement of all segments of students and teachers

Practical and project aspects are also not covered by most of the books which is necessary for design of software applications.

For researchers the material is available in scattered nature. An effective resource material and link is required

Distinguishing features of this e-contentLess number of the lecture notes and ppts are available for this subject that covers all aspects of this subject. In the proposed e-content an attempt will be made to fill this gap.

Most of the available e-contents are either password protected or designed according to their own requirement. Emphasis is on theory part only (in most cases). The proposed e-content encapsulates the entire domain of this area and covers subjects of UG and PG level.

The proposed e-content will cover all aspects of Video processing. E-contents will be more interactive and animated so that students can understand the concepts easily.

Demonstration of concepts with the help of solved examples, practical assignments, mini and major projects, research materials ( Possible topics, areas and links to resource materials).
