• Existing cost model was for project recovery only – costs high for early adopters but low for late adopters.
• A cost model where a surplus could be ploughed back into the project for enhancements and upgrades

• Trying to understand original model• 11 worksheets • Model was based on 3 one year intervals – not
granular enough for accurate costing.• No capability for ‘what if’ scenarios and no
visualisation of responses• Under estimated project costs
