1 PURPOSE

This procedure sets the organization of the mark-up and as built management for all PBF’s projects during the Construction / Pre-commissioning and Commissioning execution phases. If during the life of PBF’s projects, particulars cases appear due to work location, the project organization…etc, it will be possible to amend this procedure by organizing a meeting with the concerned parties and by issuing a MOM.

4 APPLICABILITY

This procedure is applicable for:

� All Packages for offshore activities: FPSO, SURF and SPS (for topside equipments*) � FPSO Package for onshore activities (module construction, assembly)

At vendor premises, this procedure shall not be implemented. Nevertheless, this could be reconsidered by the CPY PMT for specific cases.

This procedure will be part of the exhibit E (Design Dossier) of each contract of PBF’s CTR.**

* This procedure could be applicable for subsea equipment for very specific cases (i.e: hydraulics lines crossed into a well jumper- Girassol SPS case)

** In case of contract already awarded, this procedure shall be transmitted to the CTR.

5 MARK-UP MANAGEMENT

From the beginning of the Construction / Pre-commissioning activities until the end of the Commissioning activities, each PBF’s CTR must update as appropriate the engineering documentation in order to reflect the Commissioned “As-built” status which is part of the CTR’s final documentation delivery.

As defined in the PBF – Documentation Management Procedure, only modified documents with an AFC status and a Class 1 or 2 can reach the ASB status.

During all the execution phase Onshore until Offshore, the Management Of Change (refer to AO-060-PG-0100-000008) process will not be applied for the modification on general details caused by simple error or defect. The Management Of Change process will be applied for the change of key documents such as P&ID, SLD etc… which are related to operational function, safety, schedule, integrity and cost.

The process to achieve the ASB status shall be separated in 2 phases:

� The first phase will gather the red line mark-up issued until the Mechanical Completion. These red lines mark-up will be called “As Pre-commissioned”.

� The second phase will gather the green line mark-up issued during the Commissioning until the Start-up of the plant. These green lines mark-up will be called “As Commissioned”.

According to these 2 phases, several stamped shall be made available prior to executions phases:

� Two “AS PRE-COMMISSIONED” stamps with the mention “NO CHANGE” for the first one and the mention “RED LINED” for the second one. These stamps must be provided by each PBF’s CTR.( Refer to ANNEXE 01)

� Two “AS COMMISSIONED” stamps with the mention “NO CHANGE” for the first one and the mention “GREEN LINED” for the second one. These stamps must be provided by CPY FOP. (Refer to ANNEXE 02)

A master set of mark-up dossiers shall be created prior to the beginning of the Construction / Pre-commissioning phase. Each PBF’s CTR will have to create dedicated master dossiers per discipline. Here below are the disciplines which have to be taken into consideration, if applicable:

A dedicated master dossier shall be created for P&IDs as this type of document is gathering several disciplines. All P&IDs shall be printed and included in the master dossier. The physical location, Onshore, offshore and the corresponding management* of these master dossiers will not be detailed in this procedure but will have to be agreed between all concerned parties. If none agreement is stated, the final decision will be made by the CPY CSL.

*The management of these master dossiers shall be agreed between CPY PMT, CPY FOP and each CTR. A meeting shall be organized and a MOM detailing the dossiers management shall be issued prior to the beginning of the Construction / Pre-commissioning phase.

6 PREPARATION DURING DETAIL ENGINEERING

During the Detail engineering, each PBF’s CTR shall establish the list of the appropriate documents which shall be part of master dossiers mentioned in the paragraph 5.

The establishment of this list shall be based on the CTR’s MDR and prepared as follow:

1 Selection of documents with a Class 1 & 2 sorted by discipline.

2.1Selection of documents considered as “mandatory” in the master dossiers:

This selection is a full print out of essentials documents in master dossiers.

Selection of documents considered as “no mandatory” in master dossiers:

This selection means than the document will not be included in master dossiers but if a mark-up appear on it, the front page of the document and the marked-up page shall be included in master dossiers.

Both lists, “mandatory” and “no mandatory” must be approved by CPY prior to the Construction / Pre-commissioning execution. The final approval of these lists shall be made by CPY FOP.

The list* of “mandatory” documents is provided in the ANNEXE 03. This list must be considered as a guideline and can be completed or modified during PBF’s projects life.

In order to avoid any doubt between “mandatory and “no mandatory” documents during execution phases, a suitable dossier index will be prepared for all master dossiers. This index will be pre filled during the Detail engineering for the “mandatory” documents and blank spaces will be made available for “no mandatory” documents and/or for any required document. Refer to ANNEXE 04 for the template master dossiers index.

Any “mandatory” documents without the AFC status at the beginning of the Construction / Pre-commissioning phase must be included in the master dossiers after the AFC issuance.

*Some documents dedicated for Pre-commissioning activities will not have to be green lined. A column will be added in the ANNEXE 03 to determine these documents.

7 MARK-UP DURING EXECUTIONS PHASES

A flowchart summarizing the overall process is showed in the ANNEXE 05

7.1 Red line mark-up during the Construction / Pre-commissioning execution

Any modifications on drawings during the Construction / Pre-commissioning execution will be “red lined” marking in a red ink. Several steps have to be considered for each document to proceed at the “red lined” marking until the Mechanical Completion knowing than a document can impact more than one sub-system:

1Any modification on drawings red lined: modification highlighted by a cloud + date + Initials of name + signature by the person part of the Pre-commissioning group.

2At each RFC stage: copy of red lined documents* + stamped “AS PRE-COMMISSIONED” “RED LINED” + date + name + signature by the person part of the Pre-commissioning group

3After Mechanical Completion stage: all documents in master dossiers shall be stamped “AS PRE-COMMISSIONED “ “RED lined” or “NO CHANGE” + date + name + signature by the person part of the Pre-commissioning group.

Prior to each RFC certificate signature, a review shall be made by all involved parties. The Commissioning work group will validate this review by signing PRC ICAPS forms.

*Only pages with mark-up shall be copied and inserted in the Pre-commissioning dossier. The full document is not required.

7.2 Green line mark-up during the Commissioning execution

Any modifications on drawings during the Commissioning execution will be “green lined” marking in a green ink. Several steps have to be considered for each document to proceed at the “green lined” marking until the Last AOC certificate signature knowing than a document can impact more than one sub-system:

3After the last AOC certificate signature: all documents in master dossiers shall be stamped “AS COMMISSIONED “ “GREEN LINED” or “NO CHANGE” + date + name + signature by the person part of the Commissioning group.

Prior to the AOC certificate signature, a review shall be made by all involved parties. At the step 3, any PBF’s CTR shall color scanned all documents included in master dossiers and then, shall proceed to the modification of the engineering documents by issuing the AS-BUILT revision.

*Only pages with mark-up shall be copied and inserted in the Commissioning dossier. The full document is not required.
