STEP #2: To Get Started (Only Once You’ve Done Step #1)... It’s Time ToSet Up Your Progress Tracker.

Firstly, we set up your target outcome numbers...1. What is a sale worth to you? (how much does a new client pay? For e.g. yousell $300 a month for a minimum 6-month sign-up. So a sale is worth $1,800to you)2. What is your TARGET Number Of Application Per Week?3. What Is your TARGET Number Of Sales Calls Per Week?4. What is your TARGET Number Of Sales Per Week?

Then, we set up your target process numbers…1. Enter your target activities (Engagements, Offer Messages, Lead Calls,Lead Follow-Ups, Magic Trick Posts) in the MDAILY column.

2. “Checked Ad Stats” is a 1x per day activity.3. “Dream 100” is the target for how many people will you contact/engage with that are in your Dream 100 List.

STEP #3: At The Start Of Ever Week. You MUST Enter Your Starting Day-Date.1. In your DAILY TRACKER, in the yellow box, simply choose the right date that starts the week your beginning.

STEP #4: EVERYDAY… Update your numbers for your progress.

STEP #5: At The End Of Every Week. You MUST DO THIS To Move YourData From Daily Tracker, To Monthy Tracker:1. Click CUSTOM on the main menu.

2. Click MOVE DATA in the dropdown.And Shazam… Your data moves from daily tracker to monthly tracker.

THE ADVANCED LEAD FOLLOW UP METHODIt sucks to work so hard to get leads coming to you. To only have a leaky pipeline andletting those leads slip through the cracks.

This is why we use the Lead Database on a daily database to track who your leads are,and to know what, when and how to contact them to best maximize your sales.

STEP #1: When you get a lead. Simply input their details under; Name, Platform, Email,Phone Number -- and the date you have made the intro (Intro Msg Date).

STEP #2: You will then see that the boxes; Lead Msg / Booking Call / Follow Up /Booster 1.0 / Follow Up automatically populate.When the date is RED, it means you’re late and you’re behind schedule on making the contact. Name ofthe game is to keep on top of engaging with your leads and moving them down the sales pipeline.

NOTE: You will have total calculations of your lead gen and sales process calculated for you.

STEP #3: Booked Sales Call and Sold

When you have leads book in sales calls and then if you sell them into your programs,you need to check the off. This is key as it keeps us seeing what's happening inside ofyour sales pipeline.

MONTHLY TRACKER

We use the monthly tracker to give us a meta-view of your progress.

This is important to be able to see trends and to ensure accountability when you arefollowing the process needed to grow your business.
