ICE PROMOTIONSTo thank ICEs for their ongoing support, we offer cashback on many selected Sony Professional

products, when purchased from a Sony Professional Specialist supplier (SPSS).

ICEs are also eligible to acquire selected free software licenses when available.

PromotionJoining the programme will help to further promote the ICE and his/her skills and

expertise. ICEs will be:

� Listed in the “Independent Certified Expert” section of The Knowledge

Portal, promoting their expertise to both internal and external stakeholders

for further work assignments

� Eligible to submit “success stories” and case studies of their work for

publication on our Professional website, and/or to be promoted through our

social media channel

Knowledge SharingThe Sony Partner Area & NewsletterAs valued partners, ICEs will have access to our ‘Partner Area’, located on our Professional website as well as receive a bi-

monthly ‘Partner Newsletter’ to keep them up to date with the latest Sony technical, marketing and training resources.

The Knowledge PortalUpon gaining ICE certification the individual’s Knowledge Portal account will be upgraded to unlock an exclusive area

of the website known as the ‘ICE Portal’. This area contains exclusive training assets and manuals. This is also the area

where an ICE can access further details on the ICE programme i.e. the ICE rate card and course evaluation forms.

Loan KitFrom time-to-time Sony may be able to loan demo kit to an ICE*.
