FranchiseWhether you’re a franchisee looking to negotiate leases, a franchisor interested in connecting with developers and leasing agents about potential new locations, or an agent interested in learning how to find more franchise deals, this forum is for you.

Leasing Leasing depends on people-to-people negotiations and it often involves options and alternatives. ICSC’s Leasing/Brokers SIG is designed to do just that: to put leasing agents, brokers and retailers together in forums at ICSC meetings so that they can foster lasting relationships.

RetailersRetailers are the life and blood of the shopping center industry and every owner, developer, broker, and manager wants to meet with the representatives of innovative and, above all, expanding retail companies. The Retailers SIG was established by retailers and is for retailers only (brokers representing retailers do not qualify). Representing virtually every type of retailer, this SIG offers a wealth of conferences, publications, and activities on the local-to-global scale, providing unlimited opportunities for sharing technical expertise and firsthand knowledge on retailing. Note: You must work for a retail company to be eligible. You cannot be a broker representing retailers.

Women in Retail Real EstateThe goal of this SIG is to foster professional enrichment for women in real estate. SIGs are interactive and participatory informal discussion groups. SIGs offer industry professionals of like disciplines the opportunity to share common concerns, ideas and best practices. This is a rare opportunity to meet with colleagues, form new relationships, and share your best ideas. This is also an opportunity to become part of a global network of women.
