Currently I am working as a " General Manager", and employed with a “3 Star Boutique Hotel”, (It is a 3 *** hotel consisting of 36 Rooms, and 2 Family Restaurant ( each 35 Cover - One is Pure Veg Restaurant And Other is Non Veg Restaurant) And Two  Banquets having capacity of 350 PAXs And Also with One Rooftop  B ar Cum  R estaurant having capacity of 150 PAX , Also With A  Health & Fitness GYM cum sauna bath , (Health Club) in Asansol, West Bengal.

Current Salary(C.T.C):INR. 45,000.00 Rs. Per Month + Mobile + Perks.

• Planning and organising accommodation, catering and other hotel services;• Promoting and marketing the business;• Managing budgets and financial plans as well as controlling expenditure;• Maintaining statistical and financial records;• Setting and achieving sales and profit targets;• Analysing sales figures and devising marketing and revenue management strategies;• Recruiting, training and monitoring staff;• Planning work schedules for individuals and teams;• Meeting and greeting customers;• Dealing with customer complaints and comments;• Addressing problems and troubleshooting;• Ensuring events and conferences run smoothly;• Supervising maintenance, supplies, renovations and furnishings;• Dealing with contractors and suppliers;• Ensuring security is effective;
