Phase 1: Development and Deployment of Customer Profiling System and Messaging Gateway. Amazon Prime with its unique set of Original Series and cost effective offering has taken Indian Market by storm. Amazon Prime was integrated as part of Postpaid plan offer for Idea and Vodafone Customers. Amazon Prime is being given as a 1 year free offer to Postpaid customers of Vodafone Idea along with some high value plan. The integration with Amazon is a tightly coupled with the BSS systems due to dependency on Customers plan. However the integration was done with almost no impact on the standard Amazon flow with all complexity being absorbed by the middle ware at VIL integrating to Amazon via Bango as the integrator.
