The mountain series tripod can be transformed into a rigid,lightweight video tripod with a 60mm/75mm/100mm half bowl.This configura�on accepts common half-ball video heads popular among videographers and wildlife photographers.

The moun�ng pla�orm is a rigid part of Mountain series tripod. It features a sand bag hook and a special grub screw for locking the head securely on the pla�orm.

Machined from solid stainless steel, the foot spike bites into so� surfaces to keep your tripod feet from slipping. Compa�ble with all tripods and monopods with a UNC3/8 thread.

Camera Body Plates & L-PlatesOur custom L-plates are all Arca-Swiss style quick-release compa�ble.They are highly op�mized in design and precision machined from solid blocks of 6061-T6 aluminum. Our plates are smaller, lighter, and more conforming in shape than thosefrom other manufacturers. Each plate features precisely contoured an�-twist flange(s) for dedicated ma�ng and all corners are beau�fully radiused. This non-pivo�ng design serves to align the plate, and effec�vely prevents twis�ng.

Quickly mount your camera on your tripod in either landscape or portrait orienta�on by using an L-plate. Shaped like an “L”, the plate has two sets of moun�ng dovetails; mount using either set. No need to flop your camera over and down into the drop notch to go ver�cal. Instead, use an L-plate and save yourself the hassle and �me you would have to spend recomposing.Also, an L-plate keeps your load centered directly atop the tripod's apex where you can retain the best vibra�on damping and mass coupling.
