We have 35+ years of experience in manufacturing and supplying Sucker Rods and accessories to a global

A SURE AND STEADY SUPPLY OF PRODUCTUPCO’s 140,000 square foot manufacturing facility is located in Claremore, Oklahoma. It is the second largest in the world for the production of sucker rods. UPCO has the total capacity to produce over 30 million feet per year of sucker rods.
MANUFACTURING QUALITYUPCO’s workforce has adopted zero-defects as our performance standard. Withcontinuous emphasis on quality and continual upgrading of our production equipment, UPCO is becoming the high quality producer in the industry. Our products carry a two-year limited warranty that guarantees them to be free of material and workmanship defects.
APPLICATION AND PROBLEM-SOLVING EXPERTISEOur engineering and sales staff have significant expertise in sucker rod lift systems with primary focus in sucker rod applications and trouble shooting of problem wells. We offer instructional workshops at the field level. UPCO and its distributors offer technical assistance in the application of every product.

Product lineUPCO, Inc. is an API certified manufacturer. We produce the following quality products:
SUCKER RODS
Provided in 5/8 through 1 1/8” diameters in 25 and 30’ lengths.
SUCKER ROD & POLISHED ROD COUPLINGS
Box by box API Class T or Spray Metal couplings available for pin sizes 5/8through 1 1/8” in full size or slim hole diameters. UPCO Polished Rod Couplings are labeled for quick identification in the field. Subcouplings are available for connecting polished rods or tapered rod strings.
STABILIZER BARS & LIFT SUBS
Provided for OEM distribution and by special request.
PONY RODS
Available in all sucker rod grades to provide a complete, compatible rod string in 2 through 12’.
SINKER BARS
Sinker bars are provided with an elevator neck and two wrench flats. Available in 1 1/4 through 2” diameters in 20 and 25’ lengths. UPCO, Inc. provides Grade 1 bars with AISI 1045M material and Grade 2 with 4140M or 4623M material. Fishing necks and additional wrench flats are optional.
