Our high-tech systems are easy to operate, and as a result,

once our building management system is operational, it can

be put to the best possible use. This enables you to achieve

the highest possible degree of comfort for your users, paired

with savings of up to 20 to 30% per year on your total manage-

FLEXIBLE

Supported by our joint shareholder Wadinko, we have been

developing our own building management system for more

than ten years. This system has the joint benefit of being easy

to operate and is easily adaptable to any specific situation.

And we never stop developing: our team is constantly improv-

ing our product and optimizing the ease of operation. Our

engineers apply the most up-to-date ICT technology to guar-

antee high data speeds, and a long service life.

There are 3 variants:

BRT-04 measures the temperature in a room.

BRT-05 includes the additional option to adjust the temperature and lighting.

The BRT-22 is even more advanced, equipped with a graphic colour display

and touch keyboard which also measures CO2 and relative humidity.

If not available according to the quality we require, we make

it ourselves. All BRControls systems are web-based. Automatic

software updates and upgrades via the web, comparable to

Windows operating system updates.

The BRControls systems software is extremely user-friendly.

The systems have a large storage capacity for saving and

analysing information and operating at high speed.

multiple systems.

BRSCHEDULER

Report faults in different buildings to the on-duty service

engineer.

BRCAD

Visualise the complete system using dynamic,

graphic illustrations.

Our hardware products, both the system controllers, the

control systems and the room control units, are easy-to-

control, high-performance systems. There is only a limited

number of variants available for each component. Thanks

to a smart product offering, BRControls are able to provide

a sophisticated control system for all building management

systems. Suitable for offices, health care institutes, data

centres, sports centres or swimming pools.

DATA STORAGE:

A WIDE RANGE OF SOLUTIONS

The system controllers have a storage capacity of 2GB. The

system's measured values are stored here, together with the

source software, the complete structural file of the property

(in pdf format) and the user and system logs. This means all

information is always within easy reach.

INTEGRATION WITH SIEMENS AS 1000

Even an existing Siemens AS 1000 system, complete with

control systems, can be modernised to be integrated with

a BRControls building management system. This avoids the

need for replacement investments and offers users all the

benefits of a modern web-based system.

The Performance Guarantee Module monitors your entire
