O' MAN, THE STRIFE YOU FACE IS YOUR CREATION.

IN IGNORING MY LAWS OF NATURE, YOU HAVE

POLLUTED MY WATERS OF LIFE. MY BREATH, THE

ATMOSPHERE, IS MIXED WITH THE GASSES OF

GREED.

I NEED NOT SUFFER, OR PAY THE PRICE. YOU

ROLL THE DICE IN A LOSING GAMBLE WHERE I

HAVE THE ODDS. I MADE THE GAME OF LIFE.

THE RULES ARE MINE.

EACH ACT NOW PLANNED TO CLEAN UP YOUR MESS,

IS BLESSED NOT BY ME, BUT BY YOUR MASTERS OF

IGNORANCE AND GREED. YOU CANNOT SUCCEED

BECAUSE YOU EXPECT TO PROFIT BY THE PROCESS

OF THE CLEANSING.

SO, I AM FORCED TO UPSET YOUR WAYS, BY MY

LAW OF RECIPROCATION, AND WASH THE FACE OF

MY PLANET CLEAN AGAIN.

VERIFIED  AGAIN

Livermore,  C a l i f o r n i a ~   Scien tis t Joseph L. Bradyand  associa tes   Edna  M. Carpenter  and  Francis  H. McMahonannounced the existence  of  a planet beyond  Plutoo Thesepeople  are computer  sc ien t is ts   a t   the  University ofC aliforn ia   Lawrence Livermore Laboratory.

Brady s ta te s   in to lerab le errors   in the time tab le  of Halleys Com et indicate   there has  to   be  a tenthplanet  beyond Pluto , the outermost  known planet orb it ingaround our S u ~ . Mathematical calcu

lations indicatethe grav i tationa l action of th is   ten th   planet could account  for   the unexplained o rb i ta l   deviations of Halleys  Comet.

The  team  o fsc ien t is ts , led by Brady, nam ed  the proposed planet "X". According  to the sc ien t is t s , theplanet  would be  300  times  m ore massive  than our  Earth. They  calculate i t would  take  512  Earth  years for planet "X" to   make one o rb it around  the  Sun.

In the N ovem ber  1 , 1953  issue of the "Proceedings"we printed , on page 2, the location   of a planet  beyondPluto . This was 20 years before  orthodox  sc ien t is ts  verif ied our  data.

The sc ien t is ts admit  i t would  be  l ike looking for aneedle in   a haystack to locate i t ,   even  with  powerfulte lescopes.

Our  information  on  th is   "lOtb planet" i s   tha t   theywill   never  find  it with op tica l telescopes because  theplanet does  not re f lec t   l igh t . I t   absorbs l igh t  and i s   f i l led   with  mass1ve  holes very much  l ik e   a sponge.

We are g ra ti f ied   to see sc ien t if ic people of recogni-t ion   again  verify our information.

So le ts   turn our radio telescopes on the o rb it   of planet "X"  to f ind i t .

Our space friends , who g a ve  u s th is   i n f orm utio n i n

1953,  said they ca l l   the pl a n e t "Torr ".

CROSSES

CIRCLED  - SINGLE AND DOUBLE

Down through history crosses have been  used assymbols for re l ig ion ,  danger, and other purposes.

The upright cross T  has a background of  "theburden of man",  "the crucif ict io n of Christ" , and themarker placed  over graves as the symbol of .eternal re s t .

The doublecross  is known  as the  act of deceit andd ir ty   dealing.

Suddenly in   th is time of world-wide  tension  anddisorder , the c irc led cross  appears,  upside  down .withthe  horizontal crossbar broken, as a symbol of "peace".

As  fa r back as 60  A.D., the records  of ancient Rome show  tha t the Emperor Nero  used th is symbol as "the

sign of the  broken  Jew", to   designate  an an ti Godexpression.  In  the writ ings of  Rudolph  KOCh7 ~  describes th is   ancient  symbol as "a death symbol ofman", "a  witches foot" and  it was well known  as thesymbol of Satan. The cross  upside down with the armsbroken symbolized death and ev il , and when  enclosed ina  ci rcle i s supposed to bring grie f   and destruction  tothe wearer. This symbol ~   was branded on the bodiesof Gypsies and Jews in   1936-1939, in the Spanish C ivilWar,  and appeared on  death cer t i f ic a tes o ~ Germansold iers under Hitle r . I t   was used by black magiciansand was said to have mystical  propert ie s .

I t   i s astounding tha t th is   symbol of death  anddestruction   has been foisted   off on innocent young people and used as a symbol of "peace"o

Any  major l ibrary can  be checked in references  onsigns and symbols and th is symbol can be verif ied   asanything but a symbol of  "peace". Those  who use  th issymbol have been doublecrossed.

human health and are bombarding the Earth.

Plants show biochemical changes every 4 to 7 days inmonthly cycles. These changes l a s t from 1 to 16 hours.

Russian sc ien t i s t s , Dr. Chizhevsky, discovered that

our bodies are a receiver and every £!!! i s in ~ e s o n a n c ewith forces generated by the ~ ·

Sun spots and prominences produce cyclic mass .·mentaldisorders and other cycles of the Sun produce energiesas v i t a l as water, and a i r .

As we have printed before in the "Proceedings", spacei s not empty. Now ' Russian and N.A.S.A. sc ien t i s t s haveannounced that space has an 8 cycle per sec 'ond rhythmwhich i s the same resonance as the waves of the humanbrain. - -In the "Proceedings" of December ~ 5 , 1953, 18 yearsbefore the ver i f ica t ion of both Russian and N.A.S •A •.space probes, we printed the following, on page 7 ~"Between the breathing of these two primary forces, He

created rhythm. This brings about a wave motion whichconsolidates the individual l ines into-rDands' ."

Now we know from the space probes that th is rhythm

of the waves i s 8 cycles per second.

So as the planets , and Moon and Sun have conjunctions, squares, and t r ines , one can see why "human af fa i rs"are affected.

I t has been found tha t heart t ransplant recip ientshave the rhythm of the i r own hear t continue and therhythm of the transplanted heart overlapping each other .The re jec t ion, by the body, of a new heart resu l t s inthe death of the pat ient because these two rhythms arenot in resonance, or harmonics with each other . Therefore they se t up a gradually increasing discord tha tresul ts in death when they nul l i fy each other .

We may f ind in our space research tha t there i s ahear t rhythm in space as well as a brain rhythm. Inth is we may f ind the solution to the many heart at tacksas a resu l t of our space research.

One thing i s being es tabl ished, that humans are as

individual as the i r f ingerpr in ts , that we a l l have microwave differences and we are a l l creat ions of cosmic in fluences on a universal scale .

Scien tif ic inst ruments, in the deep space f l igh ts ,have  revealed that  a l l planets af fect the Sun, and theSun then af fects   the ''Magnetopause" around the Earth, and  the  "Magnetopause" in turn affects our weather, a l lo n Sun cycles. This conforms to   what Nikola Teslasa id , " that  we are paw ns of external forces".

B ack in the  "Proceedings"  of N ovember  15, 1953 onpage 3, we said ,  "seven stages of universal law  applyd irec tly to the being of man". These seven were. l i s tedas: gender, cause, po lar ity , vibrat ion , rhythm, re la t iv i -ty , and mentality. These manifest everything  by in te r-change between them •

The s ta rs , sola r systems, and galaxies, are a l lradiat ing   influences that affec t a l l other ·bodies l ike

the Earth. We cannot understand  these influences by

thinking  they don 't ex is t .

THE NORTH MAGNETIC POLE

According  to   the  la tes t maps, the North Magnetic  Poleis now  a t 76° North Latitude and 101° W est Longitude. Twenty years ago  i t w as a t 72° North Latitude and 98°W est Longitude.

Twenty years ago i t was on   the Northern t ip ofPrince of Wales Island, now i t   is o n the Northern t ipof Bathurst Island. I t   i s now 14° South  of the Ear th 's

geophysical North  Pole. I t i s moving  5° every 20  yearsdirect ly   toward the  geophysical North  Pole.

I t   i s predicted tha t the m ovement will accelerate asthe two poles get closer  together. With  14° now  separat-ing them and rate   of movem ent 5° every 20  years , th isshould bring them together in 40 to   50 years.

According to theory, when they come together, the Earth will tilt on i t s   axis re la t ive to   i t s orb itaround the Sun. This could accelerate  much fas te r   thananticipated  in i t s present  speed. Massive  changes  ofcontinents  will   accompany th i s sh if t   of the poles.

ANTIGRAVITATION

The argument usually used by opponents of the extra-

s t e l la r origin   of flying saucers i s tha t such  a journeywould be unreal izable . They asse rt tha t i t would  take

cen tur ies .

According  to E in ste in 's Special Theory of R ela ti i i ty ,the speed l imit i s tha i of l ig h t . At tha t speed  masswould beco m e in f in i te . This  i s the corner-stone of the i r   argumentation. However,  the discovery of new

par t ic les in nuclear physics m o re and m ore challengesth i s   theory.

Gerald  Feinberg, professor of theore tica l physics a t

Columbia Universi ty,  in New York, published in  PHYSICAL REVIEW  (1967) h is   new theory concerningTACHYONS-- a word  derived  from the Greek ' tach yos ',meaning " fas t" . Feinberg supplied m ~ t . h e m a t i c a l _Eroo f

tha t there exis ted a counterpart  to Einsteinian  mass, namely part ic les tha t   move in f in i te ly f as t , but becom e

slower  as they  approach the speed of l ig h t . Accordingto Feinberg, "tachyons" are a BILLION TIMES FASTER thanl igh t , yet they cease  to  ex is t whence reduced to thespeed of l igh t or below  i t .

Three years  l a te r , on the  twenty-eighth of August, 1970, tw o English sc ien t i s t s , John Allen and GeoffreyEndean announced the i r discovery of an electromagneticf ie ld   of  which i t s "charac te r is t ics  alone would  proveerroneous  E inste in 's theory". According  to th e ir

observations, part ic les within th is electromagneticf ie ld locomote a t a speed about  TWICE  tha t of lighto
