"MENGER STORY IN DOUBT"

The January-February 1957 issue of a Detroit FlyingSaucer publication cal led "The Visitor" has a shortar t ic le on page two ent i t led "Contact Story In Doubt".Then i t proceeds to state tha t "the Howard Menger(Flemington, N.J. ) contact story widely circulatedthroughout the country, is now being questioned anddiscounted by a number of sources." The foregoing i sa repr in t from the Civil ian Saucer Intel l igence News-l e t t e r of New York City.

Fi rs t the t i t l e says the story i s in doubt. Theni t offers one source that says i t is Menger's pictures , not the story.The ar t ic le goes on to quote from the New Yorksaucer publication second hand information derivedfrom a single individual who has established in h ismind his own opinion that the pictures were rea lenough, but tha t they were snapshots of "paintingswhich i l lus t ra ted saucer scenes". Then the ar t ic le

says in parentheses tha t "Menger i s a sign painter" ,implying to the confused minds of some readers thatMenger painted the pictures .All of the statements are at t r ibuted to one"Alonzo Dove, former astronomical consultant of theInternat ional Flying Saucer Bureau", whatever tha t i s .This adds prest ige of t i t l e and "scient i f ic ident i ty"to the ar t ic le and individual .Then th is "astronomical consultant" goes on to

say, "Howard Menger wil l make a bet ter l iving backon his job of sign paint ing, unless his brushworkphotography fools more people than I hope i t does."This is the Qnly statement that the "consultant"made tha t is even half t rue. Howard hasn ' t made anymoney from his contact , 2r pictures . Chances arethat the "consultant" never i n v e ~ t i g a t e d or talkedwith Howard Menger and his wife Rose. He arr ived a this conclusions l ike so many t i t l ed experts do, by"pure" brain power.

I refute th is "astronomical consultant" and givethese reasons that qualify me to put h is ego tis t ica lopinion back in his tee th .I personally talked with seven people who talked

with the space people in Howard Menger's back yard.I personally know three other witnesses tha t madeanother contact with Howard and his wife.I personally .talked with many residents of Highbridge, N.J. (not Flemington, N .J.) who saw theship come to Earth behind the Menger's home.In my contact with the four men who landed here onAugust 2 4 ~ of 1953, they gave me information which

they to ld me to use as a "key" to estab lish authentic ,or phoney, contactees in the fu ture . Howard Mengerused the words of th is "key" properly and correct ly . Howard also described correc tly and in deta ilcer tain data rela tive to the in te r io r of the shipsand the i r power methods tha t cannot be done by aphoney.There are "experts" and "au thori t ies" by thedozens with the ir noses sn iff ing in to the saucers tor ies . Those of us who have talked with these v is i tors andmessengers cannot be-llnauthenticated by the experts ,brass , or t i t l ed brains to eacn other, or the manypeople who have come out of the hypnosis of Satan 'sroost. There are , on the other hand, several ant i-saucerorganizations disguised as saucer research groups.

Their only effor t is to discount everything tha t the"hush-hush" group find i s authentic .There i s an ef fo rt being made, tha t receivesplen ty of publ ici ty, to organize a l l the saucer clubsinto a national organization. Beware of th is attemptby the "divide and ru le" boys to get your saucer clubon i t s l i s t of members. You can smell th is one fromway out here in California.

In order to express in tel l igen t motion in m atter , themind expresses through the brain control center of thephysical body.The mind can transmit and the brain receive whenthe body is in a sleep s ta te and cannot respond. Matteri s only energy condensed under the pressure of in -dividual mind expression.Morons are the re su l t of a poor brain receiver .Mind pressure will express through any and a l l out le ts .

In te ll igence i s not an expression of quantity of mind,but is ra ther a quality . A small leak of mind throughthe brain of a moron may be more in te l l ig en t than a .speech las ting hours, coming through the "storm drain"brain of a recognized in te l lec t .Class can only recognize the particu lar expressions .coming within i t s own l im its . Class can therefore express th e i r se lf importance to a moron without themoron's recognition of i t . On the other hand, aparticu la r class w ill immediately recognize the ex-

The present bureaucracy is a . good example of burn-ed out brains. Cause and effec t , universal laws, theTen Commandments, and a l l prac tica l in te lligence arenot recognized by these au thorit ies . unless i t _f i t s thepresent pattern of milking munitions from the goldenca lf , while the tax payers fork in the baled greens tu ff . The coming of the messengers and hosts of theother planets and densi t ies into our skies , in greater numbers, precludes the coming of even greaterevents.On Saturday, February the 16111, a t 4 :20 A.M.Eastern Standard t ime, the sky was suddenly l ightedmore than "ten times br ighter than normal daylight".This l ight ing effec t covered an area of many of theNew England s ta tes .The broadcast of th is data over radio was notprinted in any of the Los Angeles area newspapersthat we read for several days af ter the phenomena.Science could not explain the phenomena, according to the newscasts.Just two years ago, in the February, 1955 issueof "Proceedings", we wrote an ar t ic le on the phenomena that has jus t occurred.
