DEPOSITS AND PAYMENT We require a £10 per person deposit within 14 days of booking and full pre-payment is required by Friday 25th October; please note that pre-payments and deposits are non-refundable; all prices are inclusive of vat at the standard rate.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS Please inform a member of the team when booking if you or any of your party suffer from any food allergy so that the appropriate information can be provided for each dish. Alternative menu options are available on request for those who have special dietary requirements. We make every effort to ensure that products containing gluten are not used in the production of those items we identify as ‘not containing gluten’. However, we cannot guarantee that these menu items are gluten free because we prepare them in an environment where products containing gluten exist.

DRESS CODE We ask that smart party dress is worn for all of our Christmas events; no jeans or trainers.

BAR SERVICEAll drinks are served on a cash or card basis unless otherwise stated. The hotel bar will be residents only from midnight.

ACCOMMODATION: All prices are valid at the time of going to print; are applicable to standard rooms and are subject to availability; supplements will apply for executive accommodation.

HEALTH AND SAFETY You are required to abide by our Health and Safety Policies. We reserve the right to refuse to serve anyone who verbally or physically abuses our team or is acting in a manner contrary to our licensing conditions. The music may be ceased if glassware is taken onto the dance floor at any of our events.
