The Location
Privada encompasses an area of approximately
12 acres overlooking the vast Barber Valley and
surrounding East Boise Foothills. The
Community is located on the southern slope of
Via Privada Lane directly north of Warm Springs
Avenue. The Barber Valley Foothills terrain is
characterized by both gentle and dramatic
slopes of vegetated hillsides, rolling plateaus
and valleys.
The site area is studded with sagebrush and
numerous and diverse types of native grass.
