BEFOREWhen I first took the pictures for the main image I noticed that the skin colour was a bit yellow and unrealistic, I tried out different filters on the picture and tried to edit the brightness, contrast etc with the tools on the right hand side of the page. This helped me improve my skills on photoshop as I am now able to accurately and successfully edit pictures.

AFTER

In constructing my masthead I first typed out the name of my magazine LIVE onto dafont and generated the font shown on the page. I then had to crop it and resize it in order to make it better quality and be a reasonable size on the page. I enlarged it by selecting the Show Transform Tools button and dragging the corner of the masthead to go evenly across the top of the page centred in the middle.
