Creating a good brief is the most important step towards the success of any building project.Careful consideration of the activities in each room should identify the items of furniture andequipment needed.

The furniture layout of any classroom should assist supervision and allow for:

Space to enter the room and good circulation around the room and between furniture, bearingin mind the active nature of many primary school tasks, the presence of teachingassistants or other adults and the need to accommodate pupils with disabilitiesA teacher's workstation (not necessarily a desk);Good sightlines for a range of activities, especially between teacher, pupils and anywhiteboard or similarA number of different furniture arrangements, with mobile items where possible to enablequick classroom set ups;Display surface (horizontal and vertical) for pupils' work, natural objects and both small andlarge artefacts;Storage of resources arranged for ease of pupil accessUsually at least two desktop computers, portable laptops or tables. Portable ICT frees upfurniture for other activities, which can save space;Easy access to coats and bags, if the school's policy is to store them in a classroom.

Flexibility and AdaptabilityThe flexibility to allow for change must be a key design requirement within the brief.Whatever arrangement is preferred, it must be adaptable to allow different curriculum ororganisational models to be adopted in the future.Adaptability is needed to allow for long-term changes, such as developments in teachingand learning methods or the implications of evolving ICT.Flexibility is needed to allow for different activities within the classroom or the needs of differentusers. This can be achieved mainly through movable screens or furniture, which will createdifferent classroom layouts and allow for a variety of different activities to take place. Avoiding fixed furniture as much as possible and using a standard set of plan sizes andcolours in all rooms allows maximum flexibility.

Access and InclusionAccess and inclusion in mainstream schools must be allowed for in the design, to ensurepupils with SEN and disabilities have access to the whole curriculum and can participate inschool life.

Safety and SecuritySafety and security is an overarching issue, which should be considered with requirements forgreater community access. Security is as much about creating a feel of a secure, organised,safe environment, as it is about the specifics of surveillance and supervision of access.

Environmental PerformanceEnvironmental performance criteria, for instance for acoustics, ventilation and daylight arecrucial. Many of these are now statutory and are vital to ensure comfortable, suitable teachingspaces.

Lockers.These steel lockers are designed andmanufactured as multi-purpose storagesystems for a wide range of applicationsand are popular in schools and collegesto provide secure space for bag andbook storage, offsetting the increasingconcern about poor posture of students.

Lockers have a welded front frame with a riveted carcass.Doors are reinforced against leverage and are fitted with a security lock, with two double entry keys as standard. The relocation of Cronehills Primary School to a new, purpose-built primary school which became known as Eaton ValleyPrimary School came about as part of a huge project toredevelop West Bromwich town centre. Tesco acquired theland occupied by the old school in order to build a superstoreand provided the funding for a design/build project. Thesuccessful contractors, Interserve, along with architects Lyons,Sleaman and Hall, ensured that the project came to fruition.The build began in May 2008 and was completed slightlyahead of schedule in August 2009. The school relocatedduring the summer holiday and opened for pupils inSeptember 2009.

Throughout the design/build process, staff and pupils wereregularly consulted by contractors and design staff, on theplans for the school, frequently resulting in changes andamendments. Access and safeguarding issues, for example,was the subject of a number of meetings. The engagement ofpupils and staff enabled them to have a vision for theirown desired outcomes of the school.

The same was true when the building was approachingcompletion and furniture and equipment requirements werebeing considered. Staff and pupils were consulted as to thetype, colour and design of furniture that would most suit amodern, state-of-the-art building and would fit into currentcurriculum demands. This was an important part of theprocess and it was felt that this could have a positive effect on the pupils.

Although a number of suppliers were invited to submitideas and costs, Remploy was the overwhelming choice.Not only did the company provide the most innovativeideas but, from the beginning of the planning process, wewere provided with a consultant to guide and supportus. Sue Hurst became very involved with the developmentof the building into a school to be proud of. She wassympathetic to the needs and ideas of the school and wasalways there to provide her expertise not only in the typeof furniture that worked but also in colour schemes andalternatives. It was this support that made the differencebetween the mundane and the exciting, and really helpedto give the school its 'wow' factor.

Furthermore, Sue ensured that deliveries were on time,that furniture was in excellent condition and that thosedelivering acted responsibly. She even gave up much ofher own time to help unpack and assemble furniture wherethis was necessary. Sue is still in regular contact with theschool to ensure that the furniture still meets our needs andto advise on ways we can develop further. All this wasdone without pushing us into making purchases which maynot have been needed and thus, giving excellent value formoney. Speaking to colleagues who have used othersuppliers, this quality of before- and after-sales supportis rare and Remploy is to be commended. I would and,indeed already have, recommended Remploy in generaland Sue in particular as people who can be trusted toadvise and support new-build and refurbishmentprojects without the hard sell.

1. INTERPRETATION1.1 "Remploy" shall mean Remploy Ltd. and its

trading division named overleaf and thewords "we", "us" and "our" shall have thesame meaning.

1.2 "Goods" or "Services" shall mean thegoods and/or services which we agree tosupply by this contract.

1.3 "Specification" shall mean, except wherethe context otherwise requires, thespecification of the goods and services tobe supplied by us and shall include anydescription and quantity specified.

1.4 "Blanket Contract" shall have the meaninggiven in clause 4 of this contract.

1.5 The singular shall include the plural and theplural shall include the singular.

2. GENERAL2.1 These are the general conditions on which

Remploy agree to supply Goods orServices.

2.2 We will only agree to supply Goods orServices on other conditions if one ofRemploy's Directors or the CompanySecretary signs such contract.

2.3 However, the terms in clause 4.2 (length offorecasts under blanket contracts), clause 5(price and payment) and clause 9.2 (limit ofliability) of these conditions may be variedwithout the need for the signature of aDirector of Remploy or of the CompanySecretary. Any representations incorporatedas special conditions in this contract underclause 2.6 may also be made without thesignature of a Director of Remploy or theCompany Secretary.

2.4 Save as above, nobody acting on our behalfhas authority to agree to supply Goods orServices except on these conditions.

2.5 Nobody acting on our behalf has authorityto enter any collateral contract which mayaffect the operation of these conditions oryour duties under this contract.

2.6 If any representations are made to you onour behalf on which you wish to rely, theserepresentations should be recorded asspecial conditions of this contract.

2.7 No one acting on our behalf has authority tomake any representation not recorded as aspecial condition.

2.8 You agree that you have not relied on anyrepresentation not recorded as such aspecial condition.

2.9 You also agree to waive any claim, whetherfor damages or recision or for any otherrelief, in respect of any representation notso recorded.

2.10 No document whether produced by us ornot (including all catalogues, brochures,price lists, newsletters, advertisements ordrawings) shall form part of this contract,unless reference is made to each suchdocument in the special conditions of thiscontract.

3 QUOTATIONS AND ORDERS3.1 Unless stated otherwise, any quotation

given by us is valid as an offer to supplyGoods or Services for a period of 1calendar month. At any time during thatperiod, we reserve the right to withdraw oramend the quotation.

3.2 If we accept any order of yours, our

acceptance is subject to these generalconditions to the exclusion of any otherterms and conditions which you may seekto incorporate.

4. BLANKET CONTRACT4.1 If this is a Blanket Contract, we agree to

supply Goods or Services to you at theprice and in the manner agreed by thiscontract: either 4.1.1 for the period fixed by this contract; orif no period is fixed, 4.1.2 for an indefinite period terminable byeither side on three months notice.

4.2 You must provide us with a forecast of yourdemand for Goods or Services subject ofthis Blanket Contract, either: 4.2.1 as provided by the specific terms of

this contract; or, in default of any such specific terms

4.2.2 by way of a rolling forecast forecasting such demand for at least the next quarter year.

Unless otherwise stated on the forecast, thefirst monthly requirement set out on eachsuch forecast shall be a firm order for thestated quantity of Goods or Services.

4.3 You will notify us as soon as possible of anychanges in the forecast.

4.4 If you change a forecast or change a firmorder under a Blanket Contract, then weshall take reasonable steps to mitigate anyloss which we might suffer.

4.5 If you change a firm order under a BlanketContract, you shall (subject to our duty tomitigate) pay us all costs and losses(including loss of profit) suffered by us inconsequence thereof.

4.6 If a change in a forecast results: 4.6.1 in our purchasing materials which

cannot be used, or 4.6.2 in our employees lacking work to do,or 4.6.3 in part or all of our premises, factories

workshops or production lines standing idle, you agree (subject to our duty to mitigate) to pay us the costs or losses (but not loss of profit) reasonably attributable thereto.

4.7 We shall use reasonable efforts to meetorders for Goods and Services pursuant toyour forecasts. If, despite reasonableefforts, we will not be able to meet yourforecasts, we will have the option to declineany order placed by you under the BlanketContract.

4.8 Under a Blanket Contract, you will orderGoods or Services, which we shall thendeliver in accordance with your order.

4.9 The consideration for the Blanket Contractis your making of the first order under theBlanket Contract.

4.10 Unless otherwise agreed, we reserve theright to vary prices to take into accountchanges in our labour and overhead rates.

5. PRICE AND PAYMENT5.1 The price shall be that agreed.5.2 Unless otherwise agreed, the price shall:

5.2.1 be exclusive of Value Added Tax; but 5.2.2 include all other import and other

duties; and 5.2.3 exclude delivery and packing.

5.3 Payment is due by you 30 days from thedate of invoice. Unless otherwise agreed,payment shall be made in Pounds Sterling.

5.4 If payment is not received by the due date,we shall be entitled to charge interest at arate of 5% per annum above the NationalWestminster Bank PLC's base rate fromtime to time accruing daily from the datepayment was due until the date payment isactually received.We shall also be entitled tolevy an administration charge in respect ofall our efforts to obtain payment.

5.5 If any invoices for Goods or Servicesprovided by us are due but unpaid, we shall(in addition to our other rights under thiscontract) be entitled to withhold all suppliesof Goods or Services which may beoutstanding. In addition, we may (at ouroption) treat you as being in repudiatorybreach of this contract.

5.6 If we supply Goods or Services ininstalments or pursuant to a BlanketContract, we shall, unless otherwise agreed,be entitled to tender separate invoices inrespect of each delivery thereof.

5.7 You shall have no right of set off,counterclaim, discount, credits or rebatesagainst invoices submitted.

6. PRICE VARIATIONSIn the event:6.1 that there is any variation of the

Specification which incurs additional workor materials;

6.2 that additional works or replacementmaterials are required by reason of anydefect or modification of the Specification;

6.3 that the price of materials or othercomponents required to supply the Goodsor Services has increased;

6.4 that taxes, duties or other levies haveincreased the cost of the Goods or Serviceswhich we agree to supply;

6.5 that any currency fluctuations haveincreased the cost of the Goods or Serviceswhich we agree to supply; we may, at ouroption, increase the price by such amountas may be reasonably attributable to suchevent or events.

7 SPECIFICATION7.1 We undertake that the Goods or Services

supplied conform with the Specification.7.2 However, unless specific tolerances and

permitted shortages are specified in thespecification, we shall be permitted tosupply goods and services with suchtolerances and shortages as may bereasonable in all the circumstances. Also, inrespect of any materials or componentssupplied by you, we shall be entitled toreasonable wastage in respect of suchmaterials and components.

7.3 We may unless the contrary is expresslystated in the Specification substitute anymaterials with others of a similar standard.

7.4 We warrant that all Goods sold are of

satisfactory quality within the meaning ofthe Sale of Goods Act 1979 as amendedand that all Services provided by us will becarried out with reasonable care and skill.

7.5 However, we shall be under no liabilityunder this warranty in respect of any defectin the Goods or Services arising from anydrawing design or specification supplied byyou or any defect in goods or materialssupplied by you.

7.6 You are responsible for the Specificationwhich, without prejudice to the generality ofthe forgoing, shall include suitability forpurpose, designs, drawings, technical data,its accuracy and for ensuring that it doesnot infringe any patents, design rights,copyrights or other intellectual propertyrights.

7.7 If you are supplying any materials orcomponents: 7.7.1 for incorporation into Goods; or 7.7.2 which are ancillary to the provision ofthe Services; or 7.7.3 where any such materials or

components are being procured from your nominated supplier whether on a free issue basis or otherwise, then you must also accept responsibility for the Specification, suitability and quality of all such materials and components.

7.8 You shall reimburse us with a sum equal tothe cost of procuring materials orcomponents required to supply during theperiod covered by the forecast whether ornot those materials or components wereacquired from your nominated supplier orotherwise should you inform us that thosematerials or components no longer be usedfor incorporation into Goods or ancillary tothe provision of Services.

7.9 You are also responsible for ensuring thatthe Specification complies with all relevantlaws and regulations, including legislativeprovisions of the European Union.

7.10 We shall accept responsibility for that partof the Specification we provide (if any).

7.11 We shall afford you an opportunity toinspect our production facilities subject toprior appointment. You agree not to use anyinformation acquired by you in the course ofsuch inspection save bona fide inconnection with the supply of Goods orServices by us to you.

8. DELIVERY AND INSPECTION8.1 The timely delivery of any materials or

components being supplied either by you oryour nominated supplier shall be yourresponsibility.

8.2 We will use our reasonable endeavours todeliver Goods or Services to the placeagreed and at the time agreed unless it hasbeen agreed that you will be responsible forcollection of Goods in which case they maybe collected from the agreed point ofcollection. Save as aforesaid, time shall notbe of the essence in respect of any deliveryof Goods by us or supply of Services by us.

8.3 You shall endeavour to inspect the Goodsor Services as soon as reasonably possibleafter delivery.

8.4 You agree to give us a reasonableopportunity to inspect any Goods supplied

under this contract in respect of which youclaim any defect or shortage. You alsoagree to give us a reasonable opportunity toinspect all evidence (whether physical,documentary or of any other nature)showing any defect in any Servicessupplied under this contract. We shall begiven reasonable opportunity to carry out alltests and take all such copies, photographsand samples as we may reasonably require.

8.5 You agree to notify us in writing within 14days of all claims in respect of defects in orshortages of any Goods or Servicessupplied under this contract where suchdefects or shortages were or would havebeen reasonably apparent on inspection.You agree to waive all claims for damagesor other relief in respect of any such defectsor shortages not notified to us in writingwithin 14 days.

8.6 We cannot accept any liability if Goods orServices have been altered, modified orhave deteriorated whilst in your possession.Neither can we accept liability for Goodswhich have been subject to abnormal use,misuse or neglect.

8.7 Subject to the above, we shall make goodall defects or shortages at our cost.

8.8 If we request it, all packaging or packingmaterials must be returned to us or ournominated agent.

8.9 If you are collecting Goods, you areresponsible for loading the same at thepoint of delivery.

8.10 Where you are collecting Goods, for healthand safety reasons, our employees are notobliged to assist in the loading of Goods.

8.11 Where we agree to deliver Goods byinstalments, a failure to make any particulardelivery on time or at all shall not be arepudiatory breach of the whole contract.

9. OUR LIABILITIES9.1 Nothing in this clause restricts our liability

for death or personal injury resulting fromour negligence or the negligence of ouremployees servants or agents.

9.2 (Apart from our liability under clause 9.1) ourliability to you for any claim or claims madeby you shall not exceed ten times theamount of the invoice or invoices from us toyou in respect of the particular Goods orServices the subject of your claim or claims,or £100,000 (whichever is the smaller).However if the amount of our invoice orinvoices to you is less then £250, ourliability shall be limited to £2,500 instead often times the amount of the invoice.

9.3 If you think that any claim made by youagainst us may involve a claim forconsequential loss, you must on or beforethe making of this contract give us details inwriting of the nature and probable size ofsuch possible claims for consequential loss,so that appropriate limitations on our liabilitymay be agreed if necessary. You agree thatif you do not give us such details in writingyou will waive any claim against us for anyconsequential losses, of the nature andprobable size of which you have not givenus details.

9.4 You acknowledge that you have had theopportunity to negotiate a different limitation

on our liability if you wish. You agree thatthe limitations on liability in this clause arefair and reasonable.

9.5 If any limitation of liability in this clause (orany other clause limiting liability madepursuant to clause 2.3) be governed by theUnfair Contract Terms Act 1977 and if in allthe circumstances of the particular casethat limitation of liability fail to satisfy therequirement of reasonableness in that Act,then you agree that our liability shall berestricted to the smallest sum which in allthe circumstances of the particular casedoes satisfy the requirement ofreasonableness in that Act.

10. YOUR INDEMNITY10.1 You will indemnify us in respect of any

claims, actions, costs, damage, expenseand losses arising directly or as aconsequence of a breach by you under thiscontract which shall include, withoutprejudice to the generality of the foregoingand subject to the special provisions ofclause 4 in relation to Blanket Contract,

10.2 any defect in the Specification provided byyou; and

10.3 any defects in materials or componentssupplied either by you direct or procuredfrom your nominated supplier whether on afree issue basis or otherwise.

11. PASSING OF RISK AND TITLE11.1 Risk shall pass on delivery.11.2 Where Goods supplied to you are made

solely out of materials or componentssupplied by you, you acknowledge that wehave a contractual lien over such Goodsuntil we receive payment in full for workundertaken by us in respect of thoseGoods. In case any lien is not satisfiedwithin a reasonable time from the date uponwhich we first gave you notice of theexercise of our lien the Goods may be soldand the proceeds of sale applied in ortowards satisfaction of every such lien andall proper charges and expenses in relationthereto and we will account to you for anysurplus but you must account to us for anydeficit.

11.3 Property in the Goods supplied by us shallnot pass until we have received payment bycash or cleared funds of all outstandinginvoices whether due or not due.

11.4 If you sell the Goods supplied by us beforeproperty has passed to you, pursuant tosection 25 of the Sales of Goods Act 1979you are able to give good title for thoseGoods to your sub-buyer. In this case,however, you must keep the proceeds ofsuch a sub-sale on trust for us.

12. TERM AND TERMINATION12.1 These provisions are in addition to any

other right to terminate the contract forbreach of any obligation.

12.2 Either party may at its option terminate thiscontract by notice in writing if the otherparty: 12.2.1 ceases to trade or threatens to

cease trading; or 12.2.2 enters into a composition or

voluntary arrangements with its creditors; or

12.2.3 has a receiver or administrator

appointed over the whole or any part of its business or assets; or

12.2.4 has a creditor's winding up petition advertised against it in the appropriate Gazette; or

12.2.5 passes a resolution to wind up (other than for the purposes of a solvent amalgamation or reconstruction).

12.3 In the event of termination under clause12.2 or termination for repudiatory

breach: 12.3.1 You shall pay to us all sums

outstanding for the supply of Goods or Services as at the dateof termination whether or not the same have been delivered or collected.

12.3.2 You shall reimburse us with a sum equal to the cost of procuring materials or components required to supply during the period covered by the forecast whether or not those materials or components were acquired from your nominated supplier or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, such reimbursement shall include any cancellation fees or other penalty payments made to suppliers.

12.3.3 Subject to prior receipt of the sums referred to in sub-clause 12.3.1 and 12.3.2, you shall at your cost arrange for the collection of all outstanding Goods, materials and components within 7 days of the date of termination. If you shall not arrange such collection, then without further reference to you we may at our option dispose of such items in any manner we think fit provided that doing so shall not prejudice our right to pursue you for all outstanding sums.

13. CONFIDENTIALITY13.1 Both parties shall keep confidential:

13.1.1 all business and trade secrets including business methods;

13.1.2 the details of any specification which we may have given you;

13.1.3 any other confidential information which either party may have obtained from the other.

13.2 Neither party shall seek to solicit or seek toentice away any person employed by theother whether now or within 2 years thetermination of this contract.

14. ASSIGNMENTNeither party shall assign this contractwithout the consent of the other. However,we shall be at liberty to sub-contract anyservices should we consider it appropriate.

15. FORCE MAJEURERemploy shall not incur any liability for anyloss or damage which may be suffered byyou as a result, either directly or indirectly,of the supply of Goods or Services beingprevented, hindered or delayed as aconsequence of circumstances beyond theirreasonable control including but not limited

to Act of God, war, riot, strike, lockout,trade dispute or labour disturbance,accident, breakdown of plant or machinery,fire, flood, storm or difficulty in obtainingraw materials. Nor shall Remploy be inrepudiatory breach of this contract byreason of any such prevention, hindrance ordelay.

16. WAIVERAny waiver by either party of any breach ofany of the terms of this contract by theother shall not be construed as a waiver ofany earlier or later default of a similarnature.

18. INDUCEMENTS18.1 We insist that all our employees, suppliers

and customers comply with our Code ofBusiness Ethics a copy of which is availableon request.

18.2 You must not offer or supply any of ouremployees with any incentive, gift or othercollateral advantage.

18.3 Any breach of this duty will be afundamental breach of this contract andentitle us to terminate the contract.

19. HEALTH AND SAFETY19.1 You must warn us of any matter which may

affect the safety of our employees andothers in the supply of Goods or Services.

19.2 Failure to comply with these duties shall bea fundamental breach of this contract andentitle us to terminate the contract.

20. NO LEGAL PARTNERSHIPNothing in this contract creates or shall bedeemed to have created a legal partnershipand neither party shall have authority to actas agent or otherwise bind the other ormake any representation suggesting to anyother person that a partnership may exist.

21. LIMITED INVALIDITYIf any paragraph, part of paragraph or anyother provision of this contract shall be orbecome void or unenforceable, theremainder of this contract shall remain in fullforce and effect and neither party shall bedischarged from its remaining obligationshereunder.

22. PROPER LAW AND JURISDICTIONThis contract is governed by and shall beconstrued in accordance with the laws ofEngland and the parties agree to theexclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

DELIVERYFree delivery on orders over £300The minimum order value for free delivery to mainland UK is£300, and any orders under this value will attract a small ordersurcharge of £40, unless a prior contractual agreement has beenmade. If your total orders exceed £3000 (Excl VAT) in the financialyear April to March, you may claim back any small ordersurcharges by sending in copies of the relevant invoices with acovering letter.

Quantity Price BreaksIn many cases, a lower price will apply to a single order for ahigher quantity e.g. 10+ tables or 20+ chairs. The 'Quantity Price'rates apply to the number of identical products ordered andcannot be mixed. i.e.: 10 Blue Chairs and 10 Brown Chairs (CodeGH20) will NOT qualify for the 20+ Quantity Rate.

Fitted FurnitureDue to the more complicated nature of some product ranges, we would ask that you contact us to arrange a site visit for aformal quotation. This applies to Science and TechnologyInstallations and Furniture Projects. Call 0845 146 0512.

Deliveries and InstallationsWhen ordering, it is essential that you give us a contact name,telephone number and out-of-hours contact name/tel.no. Pleasealso supply details of special delivery and access instructions(especially for deliveries to a school/college during holidays or after hours). Standard delivery involves 'supply only' to

a covered ground level entrance with reasonable access for acommercial vehicle. As our products are made in factorieslocated throughout the UK, we cannot guarantee that all theproducts on a multi-product order will be delivered together. Astorage charge will be levied for deliveries delayed by thecustomer for more than 14 days after due date.Some products in this catalogue are supplied in component formfor on-site assembly; a skilled assembly and installation service isavailable at an extra charge, details of which are available inadvance. When our furniture is designed to be delivered andinstalled by expert fitters you will be contacted to arrange amutually convenient date and time. If the delivery arrives asarranged and cannot be unloaded and/or installed on the daydue to reasons beyond the control of Remploy, there will be a surcharge applicable for a second visit and/or storage.

Standard DeliveryStandard delivery involves 'supply only' to a covered ground levelentrance with reasonable access for a commercial vehicle.

Vehicle RestrictionsStandard Remploy deliveries are made using 7.5 or 18 tonnelorries. Where a delivery point has access restrictions in place,details of these must be advised to our Customer ServiceDepartment when ordering. Where vehicles are smaller than 7.5tonnes are needed to comply with restricted access deliveries, a premium may apply.

You should ensure that, where appropriate, all shelving andstorage products are securely fastened or stabilised andloaded reasonably and sensibly; Remploy cannot accept anyliability or responsibility for circumstances or occurrencesbeyond its control.

RETURNSWhen goods are ordered in error, please contact us as soon aspossible. If the problem is a Remploy error, goods will bereplaced free of charge subject to them being unused and in asaleable condition*. In the event of customers choosing to usethe goods supplied in error, a mutually agreeable arrangementwill be applied. If the problem is a customer order error (e.g. incorrect colour/specification ordered) a sliding scale will be applied as follows**:

* Made to order items can only be returned if they are faulty.** Excludes customers with special contractual arrangements.

GUARANTEESIf within 12 months or the longer specified guarantee period, anydefect, malfunction or failure occurs, which is not the result ofabuse, accidental damage or mishandling, we will repair orreplace the part or product free of charge. (A copy of ourproduct suitability guide is available on request). We may wish tovisit your premises from time to time to inspect the condition ofthe Remploy Furniture. Not allowing such a visit may invalidateyour guarantee. Tweeds and vinyls used for upholstered chairsare guaranteed for a maximum of five years in normal use, eventhough some chair frames are guaranteed for longer periods.Customers must be able to produce a copy of the invoice for thegoods in question as evidence of the date of purchase in theevent of any claims. During the lifetime of the product we expectthe customer to ensure that furniture is maintained and cared forappropriately.

SPECIAL PROMOTIONSFrom time to time we will mail you special offers. Please read theterms and conditions applicable to these promotions, as they arelimited to specific times and/or circumstances. Promotionaloffers cannot be backdated to apply retrospectively to orderswhich have already been received.

SAMPLESRepresentative samples are available on request from ourArea Sales Managers. Other samples will be invoiced at theappropriate catalogue rate. However, the full amount will becredited if the goods are returned within 14 days in aresaleable condition.
