Status

• Project initiated 01.07.2010

• First beta version – mid Sept 2010

• RTM version – mid Dec 2010

• nioovo.com was officially launched on 18.01.2011

• We are at the early growth stage

• Currently negotiating contracts to offer 700 000 of e-business cards

Financing

• nioovo.com is 100% self-funded (25 000 EUR)

• Non-refunduble support from EU Funds (~200 000 EUR) – contract signed untill 31.10.2011 – at 84,01% of spend

• Total revenues (to date) – 40 000 EUR

Request for funding • Nioovo.com is looking for funding at the level of

3 000 000 EUR

– 200 000 EUR – system improvements, new functionalities

– 300 000 EUR – management costs

– 200 000 EUR – running costs

– 2 300 000 EUR – global expansion – marketing costs
