IntroductionEmpowerment can be defined as giving
employees a certain degree of autonomy and responsibility for decision-making regarding
their specific organizational tasks.
Empowerment allows decisions to be made at
all levels of the Organization.
It is the state of feeling self-empowered to take control of one's own destiny.

activity; it is an active, deliberate program that involves close examination of each circumstance and each employee.
It should be the manager’s goal to bring each individual up to the next level of empowerment and it should be each employee’s goal to achieve and except each progressive level.
