OF “ETAP - ADRESS” AD

the company “Etap - Adress” AD has been registered in Sofia on November 2, 1994 under company case No. 20183 and

address in Sofia, Oborishte municipality, 138 Vasil Levski blvd. the company has a registered capital of 2 332 000 bGN

allocated into 23 320 /twenty three thousand, three hundred and twenty/ registered voting share with face value of 100 bGN. the company’s main activity is domestic and

international passenger road transport. As of January 2000, the company is a member of the

National association of the bus carriers in bulgaria. ”Etap - Adress” AD is licensed for international carriage of

passengers since 1998 and from August 12.2002, has a license for a tourist agent.

Since January 14.2004, the company is quality certified after ISO 9001:2000.

the activity is carried out by a qualified staff of 250 persons. the company covers daily 25 regular bus lines

and 10 seasonal lines for carriage of passengers in bulgaria and some international bus lines. the transport services are rendered

with company owned buses equipped with audio-video technique, offering catering and providing comfort and luxury.

the high requirements for technical maintenance of the bus fleet and the professional qualification of the staff

are guarantee for the quality of the offered services. the exceptionally well-developed schedules and lines offer the

specific requirements for inter-city and international transport to the highest possible percentage of the population.

“Etap - Adress” AD has built its own repair depot situated in Sofia, 10 Lavandula Str., “Malashevtsi” residential district

authorized by tEMSA SANAYI tICArEt A.S. for technical maintenance of the following makes: tEMSA DIAMOND AND tEMSA SAFIr.

the company has more than 40 fully - equipped offices in the country.

In June 2003, “Etap - Adress” AD made an investment in the company “Central bus station” AD. It acquired 37.5%. In October 2003, the company made a deal – acquired

81 877 shares representing 100% of the capital of “Dodo beach” EOOD (with the former name

“Mt-PrOLEt” EOOD) – Kiten, district bourgas. Since November 2004, “Etap - Adress” AD has a permission from

the Ministry of Finance to implement an activity as operator of food vouchers.

From February 2005, the company has concluded a contract with Ministry of regional Development and Public works for

granting a concession over part of the sea shore – beach “Kiten - Yug” for a period of 10 years.

With decision of the Council of Ministers, “Etap - Adress” AD was granted a concession on part of the mineral water – an

exceptional state property from the well “barzia” – the village of barzia, berkovitsa municipality for a period of 15 years.

Since 2006, the company is an owner of the balneotherapy center in the village of barzia, berkovitsa municipality.

On May 8.2006, the company issued a emission of corporate shares.

As of November 29.2006, the company has a confirmed prospect for secondary public offering of corporate debentures

of the same emission and is entered as emittant in the public register of the Committee for financial surveillance.

the accumulated funds have been used for the construction of factory for producing and bottling of min-

eral water in the village of barzia, berkovitsa municipality, Montana district and for the construction of

office building in Sofia at 138 Vasil Levsky blvd. On May 16.2007, the factory for producing and bottling of mineral water in the village of barzia, berkovitsa municipality, district of Monatana was officially opened and the construction

of the office building is still in progress as atpresent the finishing works are being executed.

to the present moment, the company has no overdue obligations to taxation and other government institutions as

well as to the employed personnel. All the staff is working with labor contracts and

guaranteed social security. this proves out stable financial equilibrium and

possibility to accumulate in case of necessity additional investment funds from bank and

company /local and international/ credits.

“DODO BEACH” club

1. the natural mineral water “KOM” is obtained from water field – Exploitation well №1, village of barzia, berkovitsa municipality, District of Montana.

the village of barzia is situated in the north-west of bulgaria, district of Montana. Mineral water sprang up while splitting granite by the river, above the village. First started drilling works and then balneological resort of local

significance was built. the highest altitude above seal-level is the Kom Peak – 2016 meters. the mineral water is of atmospheric infiltration origin.

the charging area of the mineral water deposit is located along the ridge of the balkan Mountain range between the todorini Kukli and the Kom Peaks,

depending on the atmospheric rainfalls. the barzia mineral water is clear, colourless, with a temperature of 32°C at a depth of 425 m. the total min-eralization of the water is 0.260 mg/l, being characterized as hypothermal,

alkaline (pH 9.1), hydrocarbonate-sulphate-sodium, fluoric (2 mg/l) and silicon (H2SiO3 – 99 mg/l). the mineral water therapeutic and prophylactic

propertiesare established by its hypotonic activity and by the presence of hydrocarbonate, sulphate, sodium and fluoric ions.

the balneotherapy with this water has effect upon the following diseases: - renal-urological (kidney-calculus disease, chronic pyelonephritis);

- gastrointestinal (chronic gastritis, ulcer, enterocolitis); - biliary-liver (biliary-calculus disease, chronic hepatitis,

post-operative conditions, etc.) - metabolitic-endocrinal (gout, diabetes, obesity).

2. the capacity of water field Exploitation well №1, village of barzia, berkovitsa municipality, District of Montana is as follows: total annual

exploitation resource in the volume of 21 600 cub.m mineral water with daily flow rate of 1 L/sec. and peak flow rate of 2.5 L /sec. for 250 days, but not

less than 12 600 cub. m mineral water. the capacity is not influenced by the season.

3. the water quality and composition is evidenced with Certificate 17 / 26.05.2006 issued by the Ministry of Health.

the two-storey production-storage building for bottling of natural mineral water “KOM” in the village of barzia,

berkovitsa municipality, District of Montana is situated on unfolded built-up area of 1238,50 sq. m. the built-up area is

755,50 sq.m and the built-up volume is 5716,30 cub.m.

the building construction is of mass concrete - columns, girders and inter-story and roof slabs.

On level ±0,00 are situated the production premises, intermediate storehouse for the finished products,

compressor and electricity room, rMr and washrooms for the staff. On the second floor, level +5,28 are situated the office

rooms, microbiological laboratory and sanitary units.

As of June 2008, expanding the scope of its activity by turning in production new packing a new storehouse for

materials and ready stock was set apart with approximate built-up area of 000 кв. м.

practice with two locker-rooms.

6. Fire precaution

the building has a first degree fire resistance

- mass concrete load-bearing construction and

side walls of aerated concrete.In their main part

the production and service premises have categories of

fire and explosion hazards D, NPO and b, P, Pa.

the building does not have explosion hazardous area.

the necessary number of emergency exits is taken into

account as well as the respective fire-fighting equip-

ment – manual water pumps and

powder fire-extinguishers on each floor.

the bottling machine has a capacity of 4 500 pcs/hour. It is a fully automated process. According to the requirements of the Ministry of health the equipment is serviced every week.

the laboratory analysis of the bottled water is made every hour and secures a constant control on the microbiological and physicochemical characteristics which guarantees the product quality.
