Strategy

IPIC pursues long-term investments and has so far retained all its partnerships and investments

To date, IPIC dominantly invested in the MENA region, Europe and Asia, but wishes to establish a worldwide network

IPIC typically targets a minority equity share, but in selected cases also seeks larger stakes

While IPIC does not typically directly participate in the day-to-day management of their affiliated companies, it is represented on the supervisory board of its companies

Outlook

IPIC aims at an international investment portfolio of US$ 40 billion in the next five years

IPIC is planning to expand its operations into new geographical areas (e.g. Central Asia and North Africa) as well as expanding its investments in the international oil and gas sector
