« situations » so that they can develop
competences ?
- Each learner will have a personal training path according to his project (individual training paths)
- Some “situations” related to his project will be proposed to him to develop his competences
- Theses situations will be used for initial diagnostic testing assessment and evaluation
- Regular training on reading, writing, numeracy,… will be provide according to his needs by specialised trainer
- The same situations will be used to assess his final competences
