The natural gas enters the absorber C1201A/B at the bottom at pressure of

42bar and temperature of 35C appro!imatel" e#ual to the $%A temperature to

a&oid the problem of foaming' after that the () is saturated *ith *ater b" using

a *ashing *ater tra" to reco&er the #uantit" of $%A lea&ing *ith ()+

,n the same time the lean $%A solution from the tan- T1201 enters to the

absorber of $%A from the top *ith a pressure greater than 42 bar' it flo*s

do*n*ard in counter current *ith the ()' and C.2 is remo&ed b" the

absorption of the $%A+ The amount of C.2 in the () purified should not be

more than 0 ppm *ith a pressure of about 40 bar and a temperature of about42 C due to the e!othermal reaction *ith the $%A+

The rich $%A reach in C.2 lea&es from the bottom of the absorber at

temperature of 42C and pressure of 40 bar and passes through the le&el

control &al&e *here its pressure is reduced to the 5' bar than it passes

through the $%A flush drum B1201A/B to separate the gas entrained *ith the

rich $%A+

The rich $%A passes through the filter 1201 to eliminate the

impurities than it passes through the $%A$%A inter e!changer %1204 in tube
